AccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAO[2007]No.126issuedbytheMinistryof
Construction"NoticeonPrintingandDistributing'theDevelopmentandRevisionPlan(thesecond

batch)ofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2007'",thiscodeiscompiledandformulated
byElectronicEngineeringStandardQuotaStationofChinaElectronicsStandardizationInstitutein
conjunctionwithrelevantunits.
Duringtheprocessofcompilingandformulating,thecompilinggrouphasconductedextensive
investigationandresearch,carefullydrewuppracticalexperienceandreferredtorelevantnationaland
internationalstandards.Afterhavingfullyheededopinionsofrelevantworkunitsandexpertsnation
-
wide,thiseditionwasfinalizedintheendaftermanyamendmentsandrevisions.
Thiscodeconsistsof15chaptersand1appendix,covering:generalprovisions,terms,basic
requirements,antistaticcementflooring,antistatictileflooring,antistaticaccessfloorflooring,antistatic
resinpaintingflooring,antistaticceramictileflooring,antistaticcarpetflooring,antistaticdecoration

4Antistaticcementflooring
4.1Generalrequirements
Theprovisionsinthischapterisapplicabletotheconstructionofantistaticterrazzoflooring,anti
4.1.1-
staticcementmortarflooringandantistaticandwearresistantflooring.

Engineeringofantistaticcementflooringshallincludethetreatmentofbasecourseand
4.1.2
constructionofconductivegroundnet,groundingsystem,levelinglayerandsurfacecourse.
Thequalityinspectionshallbecarriedoutseparatelyafterthecleaningofbasecourseof
4.1.3
antistaticcementflooring,theconstructionoftheconductivegroundnetanddividingstrips,the
inspectionrecordsshallbefilledin.Thenextprocedureshallnotcarriedoutifconstructionquality
failuretoreachthestandard.
Theconstructionsiteandtheenvironmentshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:
4.1.4
Floorandbasecourseshallhavebeencompletedandshallbequalifiedforacceptance;

Theambienttemperatureoftheconstructionsiteshallbenolessthan5℃.

Antistaticmaterialshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Thevolumeresistanceoftheconductivepowdershallbelessthan1.0×105Ωwheninorganic

Thesteelbarofconductivegroundnetshouldadoptφ4mm-φ6mmcolddrawnsteel;

Groundingdownconductorshallbegalvanizedsteelbarofφ10mm-φ12mmorgalvanizedflat

steelof25mm×3mm;
Whenantistaticfloorwaxisused,itsvolumeresistanceshallbe5.0×104Ω-1.0×109Ω.

4.3Constructionpreparation
Theconstructionunitshallcompilingandformulatingconstructionmanagementdesignplanof
4.3.1
antistaticcementflooringtodeterminetheproportionofinorganicconductivepowder.
Theconstructionunitshallmakeblocksamplesofantistaticgroundaccordingtodesign.
4.3.2

Inadditiontocomplywiththedesigndiagramofgroundingsystems,theconstructionof

conductivegroundnetalsoshouldbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:
Thegridofconductivegroundnetshouldbe2m×2m.Laplengthofthesteelbarshouldbe

50mmto60mm.Theweldinglengthshouldbenolessthan30mm.Thecrosssectionofsteelbarof
conductivegroundnetshallbereliablywelded,thesteelbarshallbestraightenedbeforeuse;
Groundingterminalandconductivegroundingnetshallbefirmlywelded,theweldinglength

shouldbenolessthan30mm;
Downconductorsystemsshallbeweldedontheconductivegroundnetaccordingtogrounding

systemdesigndiagram.Theweldinglengthshallbenolessthan50mm.Thedownconductorsystem

Whentherearebuildingdeformationjointsonthefloororontheground,constructionof

whole,acompensationdeviceshallbeprovided;
Whenconductivegroundnetsonbothsideofthebuilddeformationjointscanbedisconnected,

Theconstructionofthelevelinglayershallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Theratioofconductivepowdershallcomplywiththeconstructionmanagementplan;

Theconstructionoflatticebarofterrazzoflooringshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing

Thedividingstripshallnotcontactwithconductivegroundnet.

Theratioofterrazzomortarshallbecomplywiththeconstructionmanagementplan.The

4.5Requirementsofconstructionquality

5.1Generalrequirements
Thischapterisapplicabletotheconstructionofantistaticrubberveneerblock,antistaticrubber

plasticveneerblock,antistaticresinveneerblockandantistaticcoilsurface.
Constructionofantistaticprotectioncoverflooringshallcontainstreatmentofbasecourse,

installationofgroundingsystem,andthepavingandcleaningofantistatictile.
Theenvironmentofconstructionsiteshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:
