1.Article14-Offer:

English:(1)Aproposalforconcludingacontractaddressedtooneormorespecificpersonsconstitutesanofferifitissufficientlydefiniteandindicatestheintentionoftheofferortobeboundincaseofacceptance.(2)Aproposalissufficientlydefiniteifitindicatesthegoodsandexpresslyorimplicitlyfixesormakesprovisionfordeterminingthequantityandtheprice.

Chinese:（一）如果对一个或多个特定人提出建立合同的建议具备足够明确性并表明要约人在接受时将受约束，该建议构成要约。（二）该建议足够明确，如果它能够指明商品，以及明确或隐含地确定或制定了确定数量和价格的规定。

2.Article25-Fundamentalbreach:

English:Abreachofcontractcommittedbyoneofthepartiesisfundamentalifitresultsinsuchdetrimenttotheotherpartyassubstantiallytodeprivehimofwhatheisentitledtoexpectunderthecontract,unlessthepartyinbreachdidnotforeseeandareasonablepersonofthesamekindinthesamecircumstanceswouldnothaveforeseensucharesult.

3.Article33-Deliveryofgoods:
