交底内容：

style="margin-left:55px;line-height:24px"1、竹杆采用生长期3年以上的毛竹或楠竹。要求竹杆挺直，质地坚韧，不得使用弯曲不直、青嫩、枯脆、腐烂、虫蛀以及裂纹连通二节以上的竹杆。

style="margin-left:53px;line-height:24px"1、杆有效部分小头直径：

style="margin-left:47px;line-height:24px"（1）立杆、大横杆、小横杆、斜撑、剪刀撑、抛撑有效使用段内小头直径不得小于60mm。

style="margin-left:47px;line-height:24px"（2）顶杆小头直径不得小于55mm。

style="margin-left:47px;line-height:24px"（3）栏杆不得小于45mm。

style="margin-left:53px;line-height:24px"2、竹榀应采用质地坚实，其表皮呈青、黄色，韧性好，无腐烂、虫蛀、断裂，30㎜左右宽的元竹片编制而成。榀经长1~1.2M，纬长同外架净宽，经竹片不少于5道，四周竹片应钻孔，用铅丝绑扎封闭。

style="margin-left:53px;line-height:24px"3、绑扎绳拉力不小于0.25KN，采用合格的特制聚丙拉丝绳。规格为0.5mm×5mm，根据绑扎需要裁成定尺。

style="margin-left:55px;line-height:24px"1、立杆：立杆不能直接立于地面上，应进埋入地面坑深300－500mm，坑口直径较立杆直径大100mm。坑底直径稍大于坑口直径，这样可容纳较多的回填土，坑口自然土破坏较少，易于将立杆挤紧，埋设稳固，立杆加200×200×30垫板，基础加排水措施。

交底内容：

style="margin-left:52px;line-height:28px"2、地杆：脚手架的搭设高度较小，地基为坚硬土层，可不挖立杆坑，直接在地面上竖立杆，在立杆底部加绑扫地杆。

style="margin-left:52px;line-height:28px"3、竖立杆：先竖里排两端头的立杆，再立中间立杆，外排立杆照里排立杆依次进行。立杆竖好后，应纵向成行，横向成方，杆身垂直。立杆弯曲时，其弯曲面应顺纵向方向，既不能朝墙面也不能背墙面，以保证大横杆能与立杆接触良好。

style="margin-left:52px;line-height:28px"4、绑大横杆：脚手架两端大横杆的大头应朝外。绑第一步架的大横杆时，应检查立杆是否埋正、埋牢。同一步架的大横杆大头朝向应一致，上下相邻两步架的大横杆大头朝向应相反，以增强脚手架的整体稳定。

绑小横杆：小横杆绑扎在立杆上。采用竹笆脚手板，小横杆应置于大横杆之下。

style="margin-left:56px;line-height:24px"6、绑顶撑：顶撑并立在立杆旁，与立杆绑扎三道，顶住顶紧小横杆。脚手架的小横杆在大横杆之下，则必须设置顶撑。顶撑应选用整根竹杆，不允许接长。上下顶撑应保持在同一直线上，最底层顶撑下端应支承在夯实地面的垫上，其它各层顶撑下端不得加垫块。

style="text-indent:28px;line-height:24px"7、铺脚手板：脚手板绑扎在搁栅上。操作层脚手板必须满铺，搭接必须在小横杆处。

style="margin-left:56px;line-height:24px"8、绑抛撑、斜撑、剪刀撑、脚手架搭设至三步架以上时，即绑扎抛撑、斜撑（脚手架高15m以内），剪刀撑（脚手架高超过15m）。

交底内容：

style="margin-left:56px;line-height:24px"9、设置连墙点：脚手架高度超过7m时，随搭设脚手架设置连墙点。整体脚手架向里倾斜度为1%，脚手架全高倾斜不允许大于100mm，严禁向外倾斜。

style="margin-left:56px;line-height:24px"10、设安全网：按照《建筑施工安全网搭设安全技术规范》规定进行。采用密目式安全网封闭。

style="text-indent:42px;line-height:24px"（1）立杆：不大于架高的1/250，且全高偏斜不大于10cm。

style="margin-left:28px;line-height:24px"1、搭设顺序，确定立杆位置→挖立杆坑→竖立杆→绑顶撑→绑小横杆→绑大横杆→铺脚手板→绑栏杆→绑抛撑→斜撑、剪刀撑架→设置连接点→搭设安全网。

style="margin-left:56px;line-height:24px"3、（1）拆除顺序：脚手架拆除必须自上而下按顺序进行，先绑的后拆，后绑的先拆。拆除顺序：栏杆→脚手板→剪刀撑→斜撑→大横杆→小横杆→立杆等。严禁上下同时拆除作业，严禁采用推倒或拉倒的方法进行拆除。

2、严格遵守拆除顺序。

style="margin-left:28px;line-height:24px"脚手架搭设完后，由项目专职安全员组织报公司安全部门一起参加验收，同时报市质安站验收，必须通过确认合格后方可使用。可以按施工进度分段验收。
