A.RemovaloftheGreaseorOilfromtheContactAreas(1)RemovealltheoilandgreasecontaminationB.RemovaloftheSurfaceProtectionfromtheBondingAreas.(1)Protecttheareaaroundtheareatobetreatedtokeeptoalimittheeffectsoftheabrasive.(2)Removethesurfaceprotectionfromthecontact(rivethead,structurecontact,structureangle,etc.)withabrasivepaperglasstype1grade200emerypaper.Thecleanedareasmustbesuchthatafterassemblytheygiveazonebetween1mm(0.0393in.)and4mm(0.1574in.)aroundthecontactfaces.NOTE:Allthecadmiumplated,steelorconductivepartscanbebondedwithoutremovingthesurfaceprotectionandwithoutseal,thisdoesnotincludethefueltanks.C.TemporaryProtectionoftheContactAreas(1)Ifyoucannotmaketheconnectioninlessthan1/4hours,applyCOMMONGREASEonthesurfacewithoutasurfaceprotection.Beforetheconnection,cleanwithMISCELLANEOUSmoistwithCLEANINGAGENTSD.CleaningoftheContactAreas(1)RemoveanycontaminationfromthecontactareaswithMISCELLANEOUS(MaterialNo.19-003)moistwithCLEANINGAGENTS(MaterialNo.11-004).ElectricalBondingofComponentswithRivetsElectricalBondingofComponentsWithConductiveBoltsandScrewsintheTanksElectricalBondingofElectricalConnectorsElectricalBondingofComponentsWithConductiveBoltsandScrewsandBonding

StrapsintheFuselageandintheWings(thisdoesnotincludethetanks)ElectricalBondingofAntennasWithConductiveBolts.Measurethebondingresistancebetweentheantennainthecontersunkholeandtheaircraftfuselagewithamilliohmmeter.Makesurethattheresistancevalueislessthan5milliohmsElectricalBondingofPipesElectricalBondingofCompositesA:AntistaticProtectionoftheSurfaceofNon-ConductiveComponents(KevlarorGlassCloth).(1)Non-conductivecomponentsprotectedwithantistaticpaint.(a)Gettheelectricalcontinuityoftheexternalsurface:-directlywiththeantistaticpaintbelowthefastenerwhenthisfastenerisinstalledattheedgeofthepanel.-withabondingleadconnectedtothestructurewhenthefastenerisnotinstalledattheedgeofthepanel.

Inallcases,putaconductiveinsertorwasherbetweentheantistaticpaintandthefastener.B:AntistaticProtectionoftheSurfaceofConductiveComponents.(1)Thefastenermakesapathfortheelectricalcontinuitydirectlyfromtheexternalsurfacetothestructure.ElectricalBondingbyDirectContactA.RemovaloftheGreaseorOilfromtheContactAreasB.RemovaloftheSurfaceProtectionfromtheBondingAreas(1)Protecttheareasaroundtheareatobetreatedtokeeptoalimittheeffectsoftheabrasive.(2)Removethesurfaceprotection(Alodinepaint,etc.)fromthecontactzonewithaabrasivepaperglasstype1orgrade200emerycloth.Thecleanedareasmustbesuchthatafterassemblytheygiveazonebetween1mm(0.0393in.)and4mm(0.1574in.)aroundthecontactfaces.NOTE:Youcanbondallthecadmiumplatedsteelorconductivepartswithoutremovalofthesurfaceprotectionandwithoutapplicationofsealant(thisdoesnotincludethetanks).TemporaryProtectionoftheContactAreas(1)IfyoucannotmaketheconnectioninlessthanfourhoursapplyCOMMONGREASE(MaterialNo.04-012)onthesurfacewithoutasurfaceprotection.BeforetheconnectioncleanwithaMISCELLANEOUS(MaterialNo.19-003)moistwithCLEANINGAGENTS(MaterialNo.11-004).D.CleaningoftheContactAreas(1)CleanthesurfacewithoutasurfaceprotectionandtheattachmentwithalintfreeclothmoistwithCLEANINGAGENTS(MaterialNo.11-TableofMaximumResistanceValues20-28-00-869-002测量方式1一:Low-CurrentTestMethodA.Equipment(1)VariablePowerSupplyUnit(PSU),continuousoutputtestcurrentof10amperes(24voltsnominal).NOTE:TheratingsofthewiresthatconnectthePSUtothecomponentsonwhichyoudothetestmustbe:-atleast25%higherthanthemaximumcurrentusedinthetest-forthelow-currenttest,thewirerating=13amperes.(2)Ammeter-FSD10amperes.(电流表)(3)Millivoltmeter-multirange(毫伏表)B:Procedure

NOTE:Makealltheconnectionsasnearaspossibletothebondingorgroundingpoint.NOTE:Makesurethattheconnectionsarecleanandhavenogrease.(2)AdjustthePSUtogetatestcurrentof10amperesontheammeter.

NOTE:StartwiththePSUatitslowsetting.(3)Putoneprodofthemillivoltmeteronthestructureadjacenttothebondingpointandtheotherprodonthecomponent(putthemadjacenttothebondingpointsandmakesurethatthereisagoodcontact).

NOTE:Startthetestwiththemillivoltmeterinthe20Vrange.Godowninsequencethroughtherangestogetthehighestmovementoftheneedleonthescale.(4)Measureandwritethevalues.(5)Removetheprods,de-energizethepowersupplyanddisconnectthetestcircuit.(6)Calculatetheresistanceinmilliohms:-dividethevoltageinmillivoltsbythecurrentinamperes.(7)Makesurethatthemeasuredvaluesarenothigherthanthemaximumpermittedvalues.(Ref.TASK20-28-00-869-002)测量方式2CheckoftheElectricalBondingoftheDifferentComponents(ButnottheFluidSystemsandtheComponentsInstalledonCompositematerials)Procedure

Flaps,FlapTrackFairings,Slats,Spoilers,Ailerons,NoseLanding-Gear...

Inspection(1)Doadetailedinspectionofthebondingleadsinstalledonthemovablesurfaces(flaps,flaptrackfairings,slats,spoilers,ailerons,noselanding-geardoorsandmainlanding-geardoors).(2)Duringtheinspection,youmustreplaceallthebondingleadsiftheyarefoundbrokenoriflessthan75%oftheirstrandsarenotdamaged.Iftheoperatorcannotreplaceallofthem,theinstallationmustbeupgradedasintheconditionsbelow:

NOTE:Becauseitisnotpossibletogetanaccuratevalueofthenumberofthestrandsthatarenotdamagedonabraidwhenabondingleadisdamaged:75%represents3/4ofthesectionsof13mm2(9.75mm2)or3/4ofthesectionof7mm2(5.25mm2)ingoodcondition.(a)Ifallbondingleadsarebrokenordamaged:-RepairaminimumofonebondingleadNOTE:Replacealltheremainingbrokenordamagedbondingleadsatthesubsequentmaintenancecheck(notafterthesubsequentC-Check).(b)Inatypicalexampleofamovablesurfacebondedwithoneleadorseveralleadsinseries:-Ifonebondingleadisfoundbrokenoriflessthan75%ofitsstrandsarenotdamaged,itmustbereplaced
