1总则

1.0.1为规范建筑垃圾再生产品的应用,提升建筑垃圾资源化利用

水平,制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于河北省建筑垃圾再生产品的应用技术要求与检

验。

1.0.3建筑垃圾再生产品的应用除应符合本规程的规定外,尚应符

合国家、行业及河北省现行有关标准的规定。

2术语

2.0.1建筑垃圾constructionwaste

工程渣土、工程泥浆、工程垃圾、拆除垃圾和装修垃圾等的总

称。包括新建、扩建、改建和拆除各类建筑物、构筑物、管网等以

及居民装饰装修房屋过程中产生的弃土、弃料及其他废弃物,不包

括检验、鉴定为危险废物的建筑垃圾。

2.0.2建筑垃圾利用率replacementrateofrecycledaggregate

再生骨料、再生微粉等建筑垃圾占再生产品的质量百分比。可

以分为再生骨料取代率、再生微粉取代率。

2.0.3建筑垃圾再生产品constructionwasterecyclingproducts

以建筑垃圾为原料制成的应用到建设工程中的产品。

2.0.4再生粗/细骨料recycledcoarse/fineaggregate

由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、砂浆、石或砖瓦等加工而成,粒径大

于4.75mm的颗粒,称为再生粗骨料;粒径不大于4.75mm的颗粒,

称为再生细骨料。

2.0.5再生细骨料胶砂需水量比waterrequirementratioofrecycled

fineaggregatemortar

再生胶砂需水量与基准胶砂需水量之比即为再生胶砂需水量

比。

2.0.6再生细骨料胶砂强度比strengthratioofrecycledfine

aggregatemortar

再生胶砂强度与基准胶砂强度之比即为再生胶砂强度比。

2.0.7泥粉含量claycontentandfinecontent

再生粗骨料中粒径小于75μm的黏土和石粉颗粒含量。

2.0.8微粉含量finepowdercontent

再生细骨料中粒径小于75μm的颗粒含量。

2.0.9再生混凝土recycledconcrete

掺用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的混凝土。掺用再生骨料

的称为再生骨料混凝土,掺用再生微粉的称为再生微粉混凝土。

2.0.10再生砂浆recycledmortar

掺用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的砂浆。掺用再生骨料的

称为再生骨料砂浆,掺用再生微粉的称为再生微粉砂浆。

2.0.11再生微粉recycledmicropowder

由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、砖瓦等加工而成的,或伴随再生骨料

制备产生的,粒径小于0.075mm的颗粒,不包括风化和软弱颗粒。

2.0.12再生骨料透水混凝土recycledaggregateperviousconcrete

再生骨料取代率为30%以上的透水混凝土。

2.0.13再生骨料生态混凝土recycledaggregateecologicalconcrete

掺用再生骨料配制而成的,具有生态系统基本功能,满足生物

生存要求的多孔混凝土。

2.0.14生态孔径ecologicalaperture

生态混凝土中能满足植物根系生长和小型动物生存要求的表观

孔径。

2.0.15再生骨料无机混合料recycledaggregateinorganicmixture

由再生级配骨料配制的无机混合料。

2.0.16再生沥青混合料recycledasphaltmixture

含有回收沥青路面材料的沥青混合料。

2.0.17再生陶粒recycledceramsite

利用建筑垃圾等废弃物制备的陶粒。

2.0.18再生陶粒混凝土recycledceramsiteconcrete

以再生陶粒为骨料的再生轻骨料混凝土。

3基本规定

3.0.1在满足使用功能、安全和环保要求的前提下,宜在建筑工程、

市政工程、水务工程、景观工程等建筑物、构筑物、铺设物中适宜

部位,采用建筑垃圾再生产品。

3.0.2建设工程项目同时横跨建筑工程、市政工程、水务工程、景

观工程中两个类别或以上的,其再生产品的应用,应同时满足本规

程相应章节的技术要求。

3.0.3再生产品的放射性应符合现行国家标准《建筑材料放射性核

素限量》GB6566的规定,浸出毒性应符合现行国家标准《危险废

物鉴别标准—浸出毒性鉴别》GB5085.3的规定。

4

4再生骨料技术要求与检验

4.1一般规定

4.1.1再生骨料的性能指标应满足所制备的混凝土、砂浆、砌块或

砖等建材产品对骨料的技术要求。

4.1.2再生骨料的应用应符合国家有关安全和环保的规定。

4.2再生骨料原材及制备

4.2.1加工再生骨料的建筑垃圾应进行检测和预处理,可包括分类、

预湿及除土。

4.2.2再生骨料加工应符合下列规定:

1处理系统主要包括破碎、筛分、分选等工艺,具体工艺路线

应根据建筑垃圾特点和再生产品要求确定。

2破碎设备应具备可调节破碎进、出料的功能,宜采用多种破

碎设备组合运用。

3分选宜以机械分选为主,人工分选为辅。

4.2.3再生骨料加工工艺应根据进厂物料特性、资源化利用工艺、

产品形式与出路等综合确定,可分为固定式和移动式两种。固定式

处理工艺流程可参考本规程附录A的规定,移动式处理工艺流程可

参考本规程附录B的规定。加工工艺应包括给料、除土、破碎、筛

分、分选、粉控、整形、输送、贮存、除尘、降噪、废水处理等工

序,各工序配制宜根据原料与产品确定。

4.2.4应合理布置生产线,减少物料传输距离。应合理利用地势势

能和传输带提升功能,设计生产线工艺流程。

4.2.5具体加工工艺过程应满足现行国家标准《建筑废弃物再生工

厂设计标准》GB51322的规定。

4.3再生粗骨料

4.3.1制备再生产品所用的再生粗骨料应符合现行国家标准《混凝

土用再生粗骨料》GB/T25177的规定。检验方法应按现行国家标

准《建设用卵石、碎石》GB/T14685执行。

4.3.2再生粗骨料按性能要求可分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类。

4.3.3再生粗骨料按粒径尺寸分为连续粒级和单粒级。连续粒级分

为5mm~16mm、5mm~20mm、5mm~25mm、5mm~31.5mm四

种规格,单粒级分为5mm~10mm、10mm~20mm和16~31.5mm

三种规格。

4.3.4再生粗骨料的颗粒级配应符合表4.3.4的规定。

4.4再生细骨料

4.4.1制备再生产品所用的再生细骨料应符合现行国家标准《混凝

土和砂浆用再生细骨料》GB/T25176的规定。检验方法应按现行

国家标准《建设用砂》GB/T14684执行。

4.4.2再生细骨料按性能要求可分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类。

4.4.3再生细骨料按细度模数分为粗、中、细、特细四种规格,其

细度模数Mx分别为:

粗砂:Mx=3.7~3.1

中砂:Mx=3.0~2.3

细砂:Mx=2.2~1.6

特细砂:Mx=1.5~0.7

4.4.4再生细骨料的颗粒级配应符合表4.4.4-1和4.4.4-2的规定。

*根据使用环境和用途,经试验验证,由供需双方协商确定,Ⅰ类砂微粉含量可放宽至不大于

3.0%,Ⅱ类砂微粉含量可放宽至不大于5.0%,Ⅲ类砂微粉含量可放宽至不大于7.0%。

4.4.6再生骨料胶砂需水量比和再生骨料胶砂强度比实验方法参照

现行国家标准《混凝土和砂浆用再生细骨料》GB/T25176的规定

进行。

4.5再生骨料检验、运输和储存

4.5.1再生粗骨料的检验项目应符合下列规定:

1型式试验项目包括本规程表4.3.5的所有项目,其中碱骨料

反应可根据需要进行;

2出厂检验项目包括颗粒级配、微粉含量、泥块含量、吸水率、

压碎指标、表观密度、不规则颗粒含量以及空隙率;

3进场检验项目包括泥块含量、吸水率、压碎指标和表观密度。

4.5.2再生粗骨料的检验组批规则应符合下列规定:

1型式检验和出厂检验应按类别、规格及日产量确定批次:日

产量在2000t及2000t以下,每600t为一批,不足600t亦为一批;

日产量超过2000t且不超过5000t,每1000t为一批,不足1000t亦

为一批;日产量超过5000t,每2000t为一批,不足2000t亦为一批;

对于建筑垃圾来源相同的再生骨料,日产量不足600t,应以连续生

产不超过3天且不大于600t为一批;

2进场检验应按同一厂家、同一类别、同一规格、同一批次的

再生骨料,每400m3或600t应作为一个检验批,不足400m3或600t

应按同一批次。

4.5.3再生细骨料的检验项目应符合下列规定:

1型式试验项目包括本规程表4.4.5的所有项目;

2出厂检验项目包括颗粒级配、细度模数、微粉含量、泥块含

量、再生细骨料胶砂需水量比、表观密度,堆积密度和空隙率;

3进场检验项目包括泥块含量、再生细骨料胶砂需水量比和表

观密度。

4.5.4再生细骨料的检验组批规则应符合下列规定:

1型式检验和出厂检验应按同分类、同规格,每600t为一批,

不足600t亦为一批;

2进场检验应按同一厂家、同一类别、同一规格、同一批次的

再生骨料,每400m3或600t应作为一个检验批,不足400m3或600t

应按同一批次。

4.5.5再生骨料检验结果应符合本标准第4.3~4.4节规定。当有一

项指标达不到要求时,可从同一批产品中加倍取样,对不符合要求

的项目进行复检。复检结果合格时,可判定该批次产品为合格产品;

复检结果不合格时,应判定该批产品为不合格产品。

4.5.6生产再生骨料的过程中,有下列情况之一时,应进行型式试

验:

1新产品投产时;

2生产工艺发生变化时;

3原材料发生重大变化时;

4正常生产时,每年一次;

5国家质量监督机构要求检验时。

4.5.7出厂的再生骨料应提供产品质量合格证,内容包括:

1再生骨料的名称、类别、规格和生产厂信息(厂名、地址和

电话等);

2批量编号及供货数量;

3检验结果、日期、执行标准;

4合格证编号及发放日期;

5检验部门及检验人员签章;

6注意事项等。

4.5.8再生骨料进场时,应按规定批次检查型式检验报告、出厂检

验报告及合格证等质量证明文件。

4.5.9再生骨料运输时,应采取防止混入杂物和粉尘飞扬的措施。

4.5.10再生骨料应按类别、规格分开堆放储存,且应采取防止混入

杂物、人为碾压和污染的措施。

5再生微粉技术要求与检验

5.1一般规定

5.1.1建筑垃圾再生微粉可用于水泥生料和混合材、混凝土和砂浆

掺合料。

5.1.2建筑垃圾再生微粉的应用应符合国家现行有关安全和环保方

面标准的规定。

5.1.3应依据建筑垃圾的清洁程度和成分情况,选择相应的加工工

艺流程,确保再生微粉的技术指标符合要求。

5.2再生微粉制备与原材料

5.2.1制备再生微粉设备宜选用立磨、球磨、立磨加球磨。

5.2.2制备再生微粉过程中,改性剂应与微粉充分搅拌均匀。

5.2.3再生微粉制成后,应检验微粉细度,避免过粉磨。

5.2.4制备再生微粉用建筑垃圾中氯离子应小于0.04%。

5.2.5制备再生微粉用建筑垃圾中硫化物及硫酸盐含量(按SO3质

量计)应小于3.0%。

5.2.6再生微粉生产厂区设计,废弃物处置方式,和生产线设计、

工艺设计和设备选型要求等生产系统应符合现行国家标准《建筑废

弃物再生工厂设计标准》GB51322的有关规定。

5.2.7建筑垃圾进厂后,应预先进行搭配,分批堆放,分别取样作

化学全分析,确保成分均匀。入磨水分应小于2%。

5.3再生微粉技术要求

5.3.1水泥混合材用再生微粉的技术指标应符合表5.3.1要求。

5.3.4当再生微粉应用于混凝土和砂浆掺合料有碱含量要求时,由

供需双方协商确定。建筑垃圾再生微粉的碱含量应按式(5.3.4)计

5.3.5再生微粉的检验规则按照现行行业标准《混凝土和砂浆用再

生微粉》JG/T573的有关规定执行。

6建筑垃圾再生混凝土及砂浆应用技术要求

6.1一般规定

6.1.1再生混凝土应用于建设工程中,应符合现行国家标准《混凝

土结构设计规范》GB50010及《再生混凝土结构技术标准》JGJ/T

443的规定。

6.1.2再生混凝土和砂浆的骨料不应来源于轻骨料混凝土或加气混

凝土砌块。

值确定方法相同。

6.1.4Ⅰ类再生粗骨料可用于配制C50及以下强度等级的混凝土;Ⅱ

类再生粗骨料宜用于配制C40及以下强度等级的混凝土;Ⅲ类再生

粗骨料可用于配制C25以下强度等级的混凝土,不宜用于配制有抗

冻性要求的混凝土。

6.1.5Ⅰ类再生细骨料可用于配制C40及以下强度等级的混凝土;Ⅱ

类再生细骨料宜用于配制C25及以下强度等级的混凝土;Ⅲ类再生

细骨料不宜用于配制结构混凝土。

6.1.6再生骨料不得用于配制预应力混凝土。

6.1.7再生骨料混凝土的耐久性设计应符合现行国家标准《混凝土

结构设计规范》GB50010和《混凝土结构耐久性设计规范》GB/T

50467的相关规定。当再生骨料混凝土用于设计使用年限50年的混

凝土结构时,其耐久性宜符合表6.1.7的规定。

注:1、氯离子含量是指氯离子占胶凝材料总量的百分比;

2、素混凝土构件的水胶比及最低强度等级可不受限制;

3、有可靠工程经验时,二类环境中的最低混凝土强度等级可降低一个等级;

4、处于严寒和寒冷地区二b、三a类环境中的混凝土应使用引气剂或引起型外加剂,

并可采用括号中的有关参数;

5、当使用非碱活性骨料时,对混凝土中的碱含量可不作限制。

6.1.8再生砂浆应用于建设工程砌体结构时,应符合现行国家标准

《砌体结构设计规范》GB50003规定。

6.1.9Ⅰ类再生细骨料可用于配制各种强度等级的砂浆;Ⅱ类再生细

骨料可用于配制M15及以下强度等级的砂浆;Ⅲ类再生细骨料宜用

于配制M10及以下强度等级的砂浆。

6.1.10再生细骨料可用于配制砌筑砂浆、抹灰砂浆和地面砂浆。再

生骨料地面砂浆不适用于地面面层。

6.2再生骨料混凝土、砂浆技术要求及配合比设计

6.2.1再生骨料混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能、长期性能和耐久

性能、强度检验评定及耐久性检验评定等,应符合现行国家标准《混

凝土质量控制标准》GB50164的相关规定。

6.2.2再生骨料混凝土的轴心抗压强度标准值(fck)、轴心抗压强

度设计值(fc)、轴心抗拉强度标准值(ftk)、轴心抗拉强度设计值

(ft)、混凝土的轴心抗压疲劳强度设计值(fc)、轴心抗拉疲劳强

度标准值(ft)、剪切变形模量(Gc)和泊松比(vc)均可按现行国

家标准《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010的相关规定取值。

6.2.3仅掺用Ⅰ类再生粗骨料配制的再生骨料混凝土,其受拉、受压

的弹性模量Ec可按现行国家标准《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010

的相关规定取值。其它情况下配制的再生骨料混凝土,其弹性模量

宜通过试验确定;在缺乏试验条件或技术资料时,可按表6.2.3的规

定取值。

6.2.5再生骨料混凝土配合比设计应满足混凝土和易性、强度和耐

久性的要求。

6.2.6再生骨料混凝土用原材料应符合下列规定:

1除建筑垃圾再生骨料外的建设用砂石骨料应分别符合现行

国家标准《建设用卵石、碎石》GB/T14685和《建设用砂》GB/T

14684的相关规定。

2再生粗骨料和再生细骨料应符合本规程4.3和4.4节的相关

规定。
