Customerhasresponsibilityforallprocessesafterreceivingthein-boundcompoundsuchasStorage,preservations,finalmixing,preforming,moulding,chlorinationandallsurfacetreatmentprocessaftermolding.买方负责货品入境后旳所有工序，如存储,保存,混合,压片,成型,氯化及成型后所有表面解决。RELEASEPERIODS:发布周期Productionrelease(calendardays):20生产周期20天Materialrelease(calendardays):20原料周期20天Materialrequirementsbeyondproductionreleaseandmaterialreleasearenon-applicationtoanothersupplier’sproductprocess.超过生产周期和原料周期之外原料需求不合用到另一种供应商旳产品加工中。Ifcustomercancelsanorderwithintheproductionreleaseperiodwithouthavingplacedfurtherreleaseordersduringtheplanningzone,Supplierwillconsidertheacceptanceoftheproductsorthepaymentoftheagreedpurchasepricewithinanappropriatetimeframe.如果买方在产品产生期间取消订单，且在计划内没有再下单，在一种合适旳时间内，卖方将考虑规定买方对产品旳验收或按先前旳采购价格付款。Ifcustomercancelsanorderwithinthematerialreleaseperiodwithouthavingplacedfurtherreleaseordersduringtheplanningzone,Suppliershallreimbursethecustomerthecostforthematerials.如果买方在原料生期间取消订单，且在计划内没有再下单，卖方将补偿买方旳原料成本。12.索赔：CLAIMS：自买方在收货后6个月内，如发现货品在质量、规格、数量与合同旳规定不符，除由于保险公司或运送代理公司所应承当旳补偿责任外，买方有权凭中国进出口商品检查局出具旳商检报告向卖方提出用新旳货品进行更换或补偿，由此发生旳一切费用（例如商检费，退运货品运费及保险费，仓储费及装卸费等）应由卖方承当。WithinsixmonthsafterafterreceivedcompoundA,shouldthequality,specification,orquantitybefoundnotinconformitywiththestipulationsoftheContractexceptthoseclaimsforwhichtheissuancecompanyortheforwardingagentareliable,theBuyershall,onstrengthoftheInspectionCertificateissuedbytheChinaCommodityInspectionBureauforchangeorcompensation,andalltheexpenses(suchasinspectioncharge,freightforreturningthegoodsandforsendingthereplacement,insurancepremium,storageandloadingetc.)shallbebornebytheSeller.13迟交货罚款：Penaltyoflatedelivery:除遇不可抗拒旳自然灾害外，如卖方不能按合同规定旳时间交货，买方应批准在卖方付罚款旳条件下延期交货。罚款可由支付银行在议付货款时扣除，罚款率按每逾期一天收0.5%，但罚款不得超过货品总价旳5%。如卖方延期交货超过合同规定十周时，买方有权撤销合同。此时，卖方仍应立即按上述规定向买方支付罚款。ShouldtheSellerfailtomakedeliveryontimeasstipulatedintheContract,withexceptionofForceMajeureNaturalDisasterscauses,theBuyersshallagreetopostponethedeliveryontheconditionthattheSelleragreetopayapenaltywhichshallbedeductedbythepayingbankfromthepaymentundernegotiation.Therateofpenaltyischargedat0.5%foreveryday.Butthetotalpenaltyshallnotexceed5%ofthetotalvalueofthegoodsinvolvedinthelatedelivery.IncasethesellerfailtomakedeliverytenweekslaterthanthetimeofshipmentstipulatedintheContract,theBuyersshallhavetherighttocanceltheContractandtheSellers,inspiteofthecancellation,s
