entialityobligations.Failuretoprovideormaintaintheagreedsecurity.AssignmentoftheAgreementwithouttheLender'sconsent.III.LegalTermsandDefinitions:LoanAgreement:Alegallybindingcontractbetweenalenderandaborrower,outliningthetermsofaloan.RepaymentSchedule:Aschedulesettingoutthedatesandamountsofrepaymentstobemadebytheborrower.Security:Anassetorpropertygivenbytheborrowertothelenderasassurancefortherepaymentoftheloan.Indemnification:Acontractualprovisionbywhichonepartyagreestocompensatetheotherforanylossordamagesuffered.IV.IssuesEncounteredDuringExecutionandSolutions:DelayedRepayment:TheBorrowershouldcommunicatewiththeLendertonegotiatearevisedrepaymentschedule.DefaultonLoan:TheLendermayenforcethesecurityorpursuelegalremediestorecovertheoutstandingloanamount.DisputeResolution:Partiesshouldattempttoresolvedisputesthroughnegotiatio
