le.AnnexIII:Visitationrightsschedule.AnnexIV:Acknowledgmentofreceiptofnoticeofbreach.AnnexV:Documentationofliquidateddamagesandinterestcalculations.II.BreachofContractandDetermination:AbreachoccurswhenapartyfailstofulfillanyofitsobligationsunderthisAgreementorperformsinamannerthatsubstantiallydeviatesfromthetermsofthisAgreement.Thenon-breachingpartyshalldeterminethebreachbasedontheevidenceofnon-performanceorimproperperformance.III.LegalTermsandDefinitions:Liquidateddamages:AsumofmoneystipulatedbythepartiesintheAgreementascompensationforbreachofcontract.Interestonlatepayments:AdditionalchargesimposedonoverduepaymentsasperthetermsoftheAgreement.Righttosetoff:Thelegalrightofapartytooffsetadebtitoweswithadebtowedtoitbythecounterparty.IV.ProblemsEncounteredinExecutionandSolutions:IfapartybreachestheAgreement,thenon-breachingpartymayseeklegaladviceandinitiatelegalproceedingstoenforceitsrights.Partiesmayencounterdifficultiesinenforcingvisitationrights;insuchcases,theymayseekcourtordersorarbitralawardsforspecificperformance.Disputesoverpropertydivisionmayarise;thesecanberesolvedthroughnegotiation,mediation,orbyinvokingthedisputeresolutionmechanismsspecifiedintheAg
