本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。

本文件由湖南省地震局提出并归口。
本文件由湖南省地震局、湖南省震灾风险防治中心、湖南地震台、长沙地震监测中心台、电子科技

地震应急监测选址点采集数据规范
1范围
本文件规定了震中区应急监测选址点采集数据的基本要求,包括数据种类、数据类型、格式、字段
定义和表达方式等。
本文件适用于3级及以上地震发生后应急监测点数据的采集。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,

3术语和定义
GB/T18207.1、GB/T18207.2、GB/T17798界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
地震Earthquake
大地震动。包括天然地震(构造地震、火山地震)、诱发地震(矿山采掘活动、水库蓄水等引发的
地震)和人工地震(爆破、核爆炸、物体坠落等产生的地震)。一般指天然地震中的构造地震。

3.2
地震应急Earthquakeemergencyresponse
破坏性地震发生前所做的各种应急准备以及地震发生后采取的紧急抢险救灾行动。

测震台(站)Seismographstation
布设固定观测的地震仪,用于连续观测地面运动的地震台。

基岩Bedrock
底岩上面最主要的牢固固结的地质层,它的力学性能不同于覆盖层,而且是匀质的。

断裂带Faultzone
由主断层面及其两侧破碎岩块以及若干次级断层或破裂面组成的地带。
3.6
场地类别Siteclassification
根据土层数剪切波速和场地覆盖层厚度等自然条件选取工程抗震设计参数和抗震措施时对建设场
地进行的分类。

地震速报系统Rapidearthquakereportsystem
对已发生地震的时间、地点、震级等的快速测报的系统。
4基本要求
4.1空间参考系
坐标系采用“2000国家大地坐标系(CGCS2000)”,高程基准采用“1985国家高程基准”。
4.2数据格式
各数据的空间位置信息、属性值应与实际情况一致,且同一类型数据中不应存在重叠或重复,满足
实际业务场景具体需要。
a)矢量数据
空间点数据(包括历史地震数据、测震台站数据和干扰源数据)要求带坐标信息的文本格式数据或
含空间位置信息的shapefile格式数据;空间线和面数据(包括断裂带、基岩场地、不利场地)要求含
空间位置信息的shapefile格式数据(详见附录A)。
b)栅格数据
栅格数据是以行政区边界为基准的近地表30m地层剪力波栅格数据。
4.3数据采集方式
数据采集方式应分为自动采集和人工采集两种。
a)自动采集:通过与地震速报系统对接,实现地震信息的实时监测和自动收集。采集的数据应按
照“5采集数据”要求,自动加载到历史地震并安全存储,应10分钟收集一次。
b)人工采集:按照“5采集数据”的要求填写地震应急监测选址点数据,并人工录入至相应的数
据库中。
