People'sRepublicofChina.15.2合同中未明确解释的名词，按照行业惯例或一般理解解释。15.2Termsnotclearlydefinedinthecontractshallbeinterpretedaccordingtoindustrypracticesorgeneralunderstanding.第十六条执行中遇到的问题及解决办法/Article16ProblemsEncounteredandSolutionsinExecution16.1在合同执行过程中，如遇到不可预见的问题，双方应本着诚信原则，及时沟通协商解决。16.1Intheprocessofexecutingthecontract,ifunforeseenproblemsarise,bothpartiesshallactingoodfaithandresolvethemthroughtimelycommunicationandnegotiation.16.2对于因市场变化、政策调整等不可抗力因素导致的问题，双方应根据实际情况，协商调整合同条款或解除合同。16.2Forissuescausedbyforcemajeuresuchasmarketchangesorpolicyadjustments,bothpartiesshallnegotiatetoadjustthecontracttermsorterminatethecontractaccordingtotheactualsituation.第十七条所有应用场景/Article17AllApplicationScenarios17.1本合同适用于各类咨询服务，包括但不限于管理咨询、技术咨询、市场调研、人力资源咨询等。17.1Thiscontractappliestovariousconsultingservices,includingbutnotlimitedtomanagementconsulting,technicalconsulting,marketresearch,humanresourceconsulting,etc.17.2合同条款可根据具体服务内容和客户需求进行适当调整，以满足不同服务场景的需求。17.2Thecontracttermsmaybeadjustedappropriatelyaccordingtothespecificservicecontentandcustomerneedstomeettheneedsofdifferentservicescenarios.附件一：服务详细描述/Annex
