InspectionandDisputeResolution化验和异议处理：

IftheBuyerdisputestheinspectionreportissuedbytheChinaCustomsInspectionandQuarantineBureau,thedisputingpartyshallsendthegoodstotheTestingCenterofBeijingGeneralResearchInstituteofMiningandMetallurgyforfurthertesting.ThetestingwillbeconductedaccordingtothestandardsGB/T14263andGB/T3884,andtheresultswillberoundedtotwodecimalplaces.TheBuyerandtheSellershallthenresolvethematterthroughnegotiation.

若买方对中国海关质检报告单的检验报告有异议的，有异议方将去以下单位进行检测化验，北京矿冶研究总院测试研究所检测中心。化验机构按照GB/T14263、GB/T3884标准进行，化验结果保留两位小数，然后买卖双方协商解决。Deliveryplace,timeandmethod:

交货时间:卖方将在买方开出信用证后一个月（30日）内发货给买方.PartialShipment:NotAllowed

Thebuyershallissueanirrevocable,indivisible,andnon-transferableletterofcredit(hereinaftercalledasthe“L/C”)forshipmentat30daysaftersighttotheSeller.
