出国人员遵纪守法保证合同编号：__________出国人员遵纪守法保证甲方：__________乙方：__________1.ObligationsoftheOutgoingPersonnel1.2Theoutgoingpersonnelshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmaybeillegalorviolatethesocialorderanddisciplineofthedestinationcountry.1.3Theoutgoingpersonnelshallrespectthelocalcustoms,traditions,andnormsofthedestinationcountry.1.4Theoutgoingpersonnelshallnotdamagethereputationandimageoftheemployerorthedestinationcountry.2.ObligationsoftheEmployer2.1Theemployershallprovidetheoutgoingpersonnelwithnecessaryinformationandtrainingregardingthelaws,regulations,andcustomsofthedestinationcountry.2.2Theemployershallprovidetheoutgoingpersonnelwithnecessarysupportandassistanceincaseofanylegalordisciplinaryissuesarisingduringtheirstayabroad.2.3Theemployershallensurethattheoutgoingpersonnelhavevalidtraveldocumentsandnecessaryvisasorpermitstoenterandstayinthedestinationcountry.2.4Theemployershallberesponsibleforanylossesordamagescausedtheillegalordisciplinaryactionsoftheoutgoingpersonnel.3.Confidentiality3.1Theoutgoingpersonnelshallkeepallconfidentialinformationoftheemployerstrictlyconfidentialatalltimesduringandaftertheirassignmentabroad.3.2Theoutgoingpersonnelshallnotdiscloseoruseanyconfidentialinformationforpersonalgainoranyotherunauthorizedpurposes.4.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution4.1ThisagreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.4.2Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisagreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifthenegotiationfails,eitherpartymaysubmitthedisputetothepeople'scourtwithjurisdictionovertheplacewheretheemployerislocated.5.Miscellaneous5.1Thisagreementmaybeamendedormodifiedmutualconsentofbothpartiesinwriting.5.2Thisagreementshalltakeeffectuponthesigningbothpartiesandshallremainineffectforthedurationoftheoutgoingpersonnel'sassignmentabroad.5.3Thisagreementconstitutestheentireunderstandingbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,representations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,betweentheparties.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisagreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.PartyA:__________Representative:__________Date:__________PartyB:__________Representative:__________Date:__________一、附件列表：1.出国人员名单2.出国人员培训材料3.目的地国家法律法规指南4.保密协议5.出国人员行为准则6.出国人员出国证明文件二、违约行为及认定：1.违反目的地国家法律法规2.参与非法活动或扰乱社会秩序3.泄露或不当使用保密信息4.未遵守出国证明文件规定5.损害雇主或目的地国家声誉形象三、法律名词及解释：1.出国人员：指被甲方派遣到目的地国家工作或学习的人员。2.保密信息：指与甲方业务、技术、经营相关的未公开信息。3.目的地国家：指甲方派遣出国人员前往的国家。4.法律法规：指目的地国家的法律、行政法规、规章等规范性文件。5.违约行为：指违反本合同约定的行为。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.问题：出国人员不熟悉目的地国家法律法规解决办法：提供充分的培训和指导，确保出国人员了解并遵守相关法律法规。2.问题：出国人员泄露或不当使用保密信息解决办法：加强保密教育，签订保密协议，对违规行为进行严肃处理。3.问题：出国人员违反行为准则解决办法：加强行为准则培训，强化责任感，对违规行为进行严肃处理。4.问题：出国人员遇到法律或disciplinaryissues解决办法：提供必要支持和协助，与当地律师合作解决问题。5.问题：违反合
