5.4工程验收不合格的，甲方有权要求乙方按照约定进行整改，直至达到验收标准。

第六条违约责任

6.1乙方未按照约定工期完成工程的，应按照逾期天数向甲方支付违约金，违约金计算方式为：合同总价款的0.5%乘以逾期天数。

6.2甲方未按照约定时间支付价款的，应按照逾期天数向乙方支付违约金，违约金计算方式为：应付款项的0.5%乘以逾期天数。

6.3因乙方原因导致工程质量不符合约定的，乙方应承担返工、维修等费用，并支付甲方违约金，违约金计算方式为：合同总价款的1%。

第七条争议解决

本合同履行过程中发生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可以向有管辖权的人民法院起诉。

第八条合同的变更和解除

8.1合同履行过程中，如需变更或解除合同，应经双方协商一致，并签订书面变更或解除协议。

8.2合同变更或解除后，乙方应按照约定办理相关手续，确保工程顺利进行。

第九条保密条款

9.1双方在合同履行过程中所获悉的对方商业秘密、技术秘密、市场信息等，应予以严格保密。

Article7:DisputeResolution
