ethefinalpaymentapplicationandmakethepaymentwithinthespecifiedtimelimit.第九条工程进度与时间安排9.1工程进度计划9.2关键节点时间9.3延期及违约处理9.3.2TheOwnershallhavetherighttoimposeliquidateddamagesorpenaltiesforthedelaysinaccordancewiththeContractDocuments.9.3.3TheContractorshallberesponsibleforthecostsandexpensesincurredtheOwnerduetothedelays.第十条设计要求及标准10.1设计文件要求TheContractorshallprepareandsubmitdesigndocumentsthatmeettherequirementsandstandardsspecifiedintheContractDocuments,includingbutnotlimitedtodrawings,specifications,andtechnicaldocuments.10.2设计标准及规范10.3设计变更及修改10.3.1TheContractorshallsubmitdesignchangeorderstotheOwnerforanychangesormodificationstothedesigndocumentsthatarenecessaryduringthecourseoftheWork.10.3.2TheOwnershallreviewandapproveordisapprovethedesignchangeordersinaccordancewiththeContractDocuments.10.3.3TheContractorshallmakethenecessarychangesormodificationstothedesigndocumentsandcoordinatewiththeOwnerfortheimplementationofthedesignchanges.第十一条施工要求及标准11.1施工标准及规范TheContractorshallperformtheconstructionworkinaccordancewiththerequirementsandstandardsspecifiedintheContractDocuments,includingbutnotlimitedtotherelevantconstructionsandstandards.11.2施工组织设计11.3施工材料及设备TheContractorshallusehighqualitymaterialsandequipmentthatmeettherequirementsandstandardsspecifiedintheContractDocumentsfortheconstructionwork.11.4施工质量控制TheContractorshallestablishandimplementaqualitycontrolsystemtoensurethattheWorkmeetsthequalityrequirementsspecifiedintheContractDocuments.第十二条工程验收及保修12第二部分：第三方介入后的修正13.第三方介入13.1定义13.1.1第三方介入是指除合同双方（甲乙双方）外的其他方，根据本合同约定或法律、法规的要求，参与并提供服务、材料或设备等。13.1.2第三方介入包括但不限于设计咨询单位、材料供应商、设备供应商、检测机构、监理机构等。13.2第三方责任13.2.1第三方应按照合同约定及相关法律法规的要求，提供符合质量、安全、环保等标准的服务、材料或设备。13.2.2第三方应承担因其提供的服务、材料或设备不符合约定标准而导致的全部责任。13.2.3第三方介入的费用、责任及权益等，均应由甲乙双方在本合同中予以明确。13.3第三方选择与审查13.3.1甲乙双方应共同对第三方进行选择和审查，确保第三方具备相应的资质、能力和信誉。13.3.2甲乙双方应共同参与第三方的选择过程，包括但不限于资质审查、价格谈判、合同签订等。13.3.3甲乙双方应共同监督第三方的工作过程，确保第三方按照合同约定和法律法规的要求进行操作。13.4第三方协调与沟通13.4.2甲乙双方应共同解决第三方在介入过程中出现的问题和困难。13.4.3甲乙双方应定期召开会议，讨论第三方介入的相关事宜，确保项目进度和质量的保障。13.5第三方责任限额13.5.1甲乙双方应在合同中明确第三方的责任限额，包括但不限于赔偿限额、违约金等。13.5.2甲乙双方应确保第三方了解其责任限额，并在合同执行过程中严格遵守。13.5.3如第三方因违约或其他原因导致甲乙双方损失，甲乙双方有权依据合同约定向第三方追偿。14.第三方与其他方的划分14.1第三方与甲乙双方14.1.1第三方应明确其与甲乙双方之间的合同关系，遵循甲乙双方的合同约定。14.1.2甲乙双方应确保第三方的介入不会侵犯其他方的合法权益。14.2第三方与项目其他参与方14.2.2第三方应遵守项目相关的合同约定和法律法规要求，不得损害项目其他参与方的合法权益。14.3第三方与业主方及承包方14.3.1第三方应理解并尊重业主方和承包方的合同权益，不得擅自变更合同约定。14.3.2第三方应按照合同约定和业主方、承包方的要求，提供符合质量、安全、环保等标准的服务、材料或设备。15.第三方介入的合同修改15.1甲乙双方应在本合同中明确第三方介入的相关条款，包括第三方的责任、权益、义务等。15.2如合同执行过程中需要调整第三方介入的相关内容，甲乙双方应签订补充协议，明确调整事项和具体条款。15.3甲乙双方应确保第三方介入的合同修改符合法律法规的要求，并经双方共同认可。第三部分：其他补充性说明和解释说明一：附件列表：1.合同主体资格证明文件：包括甲乙双方的营业执照、资质证书、法定代表人身份证明等。2.工程设计文件：包括设计图纸、技术规范、设计说明等。3.施工组织设计方案：包括施工计划、施工进度、施工安全措施等。4.材料设备采购清单：包括材料设备名称、规格、数量、供应商等。5.施工图纸及技术规范：包括施工图纸、技术规范、施工要求等。6.工程验收标准：包括工程验收规范、验收程序、验收标准等。7.工程保修协议：包括保修期限、保修范围、保修责任等。8.第三方资质及合同文件：包括第三方的资质证书、合同文本、责任限额等。9.合同变更协议：包括合同变更内容、变更原因、变更日期
