前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T18724—2008《印刷技术印刷品与印刷油墨耐各种试剂性的测定》,与
GB/T18724—2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
——增加了未涵盖食品接触材料的食品安全和消费者保护方面的信息(见第1章);
——增加了术语“试样”(见3.3);
——更改了“原理”一章的描述(见第4章,2008年版的第4章);
——增加了“其他试剂”的内容(见5.12);
——将“仪器和试剂”更改为“仪器”,并删除了“溶剂和树脂液”(见第6章,2008年版的第6章);
——更改了玻璃片的规格(见6.1,2008年版的6.1.1);
——更改了实验室滤纸的描述(见6.2,2008年版的6.1.2);
——更改了皮氏培养皿的描述(见6.3,2008年版的6.1.3);
——增加了秒表的精度描述(见6.6);
——更改了温度计的测量范围与要求(见6.7,2008年版的6.1.7);
——更改了白色基板的名称与描述(见6.10,2008年版的6.1.12);
——更改了灰色样卡的描述(见6.11,2008年版的6.1.13);
——增加了分光色度计(见6.13);
——在“仪器”中删除了能加热到40℃的烘箱和厚度计(见2008年版的6.1.8和6.1.11);
——更改了“试样的准备”一章的描述(见第7章,2008年版的第7章);
——增加了“测试方法”的概述(见8.1);
——在“测试方法”中将“固体试剂”更改为“干酪”(见8.3,2008年版的8.2);
——更改了表1中“测试试剂”的测试条件(见8.7,2008年版的8.1),并增加了热水、碳酸钠溶液
(1%)、次氯酸钠溶液(1%)、唾液和汗液模拟物、洗衣机洗涤剂的测试条件(见8.7);
——增加了“结果评价”的概述(见9.1);
——更改了液体和固体制剂、溶液的结果评价要求(见9.2,2008年版的9.1)。
本文件等同采用ISO2836:2021《印刷技术印刷品与印刷油墨耐各种试剂性的测定》。

引言
在印刷品使用过程期间需要耐受某些试剂。这些试剂会在上光等后序工艺过程中与印刷品接触,
或者通过与某些蒸气、液体或固体的相互作用(如包装内容物溢出到印刷品上)意外地接触到印刷品。
这些类型的试剂会导致印刷品的视觉变化。这些变化是由于油墨中使用的着色剂或基材本身对特定
试剂不耐受。
本文件中的所有方法旨在允许合理选择用于印刷油墨和基材的原材料,以及用于印刷品测试以用
于鉴定目的。所有这些方法的目的是避免由溶剂引起的印刷品视觉变化。

本文件描述了印刷材料对液体和固体试剂、溶剂、清漆以及酸的耐抗性的测定方法。
本文件适用于各种传统印刷(胶印、丝印、凹印、柔印等),以及数字印刷(喷墨、静电照相等)。
本文件未涵盖食品接触材料的食品安全和消费者保护方面。
