4.InspectionandAcceptance:

UpondeliveryoftheGoods,theBuyershallinspecttheGoodstoensurecompliancewiththeagreedspecificationsandqualitystandards.Ifanydiscrepancyisfound,theBuyershallnotifytheSellerinwritingwithin[NumberofDays]fromthedateofdelivery.Intheeventofadiscrepancy,thepartiesshallendeavortoresolvethematteramicably.

5.Warranty:

TheSellerwarrantsthattheGoodsshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof[WarrantyPeriod]fromthedateofdelivery.TheSellershall,atitssolediscretion,repair,replace,orrefundthepriceofanydefectiveGoods.

6.IntellectualPropertyRights:

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
