1.BookingandConfirmation

TheTouristagreestobookatourpackageprovidedbytheTourOperator,andtheTourOperatoragreestoprovidetheTouristwiththetourpackageasdescribedinthisContract.TheTouristshallpaythetourfeeinaccordancewiththepaymenttermssetforthinthisContract.

2.TourPackageDetails

TheTourOperatoragreestoprovidetheTouristwiththefollowingtourpackageonthecruiseship:

d)Transportation:[TransportationProvided]

3.PaymentTerms

TheTouristagreestopaythetourfeeinthefollowingmanner:

b)FinalPayment:TheTouristshallpaytheremainingbalanceofthetourfeewithin[TimeFrame]beforethedeparturedate.

4.CancellationPolicy

a)IftheTouristcancelsthebookingbeforethefinalpaymentdeadline,theTourOperatorshallretainthedepositpaidbytheTourist.

b)IftheTouristcancelsthebookingafterthefinalpaymentdeadlinebutbeforethedeparturedate,theTourOperatorshallretaintheentiretourfeepaidbytheTourist.

c)IftheTouristfailstoarriveattheembarkationportonthescheduleddeparturedate,theTourOperatorshallretaintheentiretourfeepaidbytheTourist.

5.ForceMajeure

Intheeventofanyunforeseencircumstancesbeyondthecontrolofeitherparty,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,terrorism,orpoliticalinstability,eitherpartyshallbeexcusedfromitsobligationsunderthisContract.Theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyoftheoccurrenceofsuchcircumstancesandtakereasonablemeasurestomitigatetheimpact.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[Country].AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiations.Ifnegotiationsfail,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputestothecompetentcourtsof[Country]forresolution.

3.Tourist'sRightsandObligations

b)Expectasafeandenjoyablecruiseexperience.

c)RequestanyreasonableassistancefromtheTourOperatorandCruiseShipOperatorduringthecruise.

TheTouristagreesto:

a)Complywiththerulesandregulationsofthecruiseship.

c)NotifytheTourOperatorofanychangestotheirtravelplansorcancellations.

4.CruiseShipOperator'sRightsandObligations

TheCruiseShipOperatorhastherightto:

a)Receivepaymentforthecruiseshipservicesprovided.

b)Demandcompliancewiththecruiseship'srulesandregulationsfromtheTourist.

c)SeekredressforanydamagesorlossesincurredduetotheTourist'sactions.

TheCruiseShipOperatoragreesto:

b)MaintainthesafetyandcomfortoftheTouristduringthecruise.

c)PromptlyaddressanyissuesorconcernsraisedbytheTourist.

5.PaymentTerms
