语言学校签证管理政策合同编号：__________languageschoolvisamanagementpolicyThisagreementismadeandenteredintoonthis______dayof____________,20_____,andbetween:and[insertnameofstudent],anaturalpersonwithapermanentaddressat[insertaddressofstudent](hereinafterreferredtoas"Student").BACKGROUND:WHEREAS,theSchoolisengagedinthebusinessofprovidinglanguageeducationtostudentsfromdiverseculturalbackgrounds;WHEREAS,theStudentwishestostudyattheSchoolandrequiresavisatoenter[insertcountry];NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:1.VisaApplicationProcess1.1TheStudentshallapplyforastudentvisaatthenearestembassyorconsulateof[insertcountry]intheStudent'scountryofresidence.1.2TheStudentshallprovidetheSchoolwithallnecessarydocumentsandinformationtosupportthevisaapplication,includingbutnotlimitedto:a)Passportwithvalidvisapage;c)Tworecentpassportsizedphotographs;d)Proofoffinancialmeanstocovertuitionfeesandlivingexpenses;e)Proofofmedicalinsurancevalidin[insertcountry];f)StatementofpurposeforstudyingattheSchool;g)Anyotherdocumentsrequiredtheembassyorconsulate.1.3TheSchoolshallprovidetheStudentwithaletterofadmission,confirmingtheStudent'senrollmentattheSchoolandprovidingdetailsoftheeducationalprogramanddurationofstudy.1.4TheSchoolshallassisttheStudentinobtainingaletterofinvitationfromtheappropriateeducationalauthority,ifrequiredtheembassyorconsulate.2.VisaApplicationFeesandExpenses2.1TheStudentshallberesponsibleforpayingallfeesandexpensesassociatedwiththevisaapplicationprocess,includingbutnotlimitedto:a)Visaapplicationfee;b)Processingfees;c)Travelexpensestoandfromtheembassyorconsulate;d)Anyotherexpensesrelatedtothevisaapplication.2.2TheSchoolshallprovidetheStudentwithinformationregardingtherequiredfeesandexpenses,andshallassisttheStudentinobtaininganynecessarydiscountsorfinancialassistance.3.VisaApprovalandEnrollment3.1TheStudentshallprovidetheSchoolwiththeapprovedvisaandallnecessarydocumentsforenrollmentuponarrivalin[insertcountry].3.2TheSchoolshallenrolltheStudentintheappropriateeducationalprogram,providedthattheStudentmeetstheadmissionrequirementsandhaspaidallapplicabletuitionfees.4.DurationofStudyandExtensionofVisa4.1TheStudent'svisashallbevalidforthedurationoftheeducationalprogramspecifiedintheletterofadmission,unlessextendedtheappropriateauthorities.4.2TheStudentshallberesponsibleforapplyingforanextensionofthevisa,ifrequired,andforpayinganyassociatedfees.4.3TheSchoolshallassisttheStudentinobtaininganextensionofthevisa,ifrequired,andshallprovidetheStudentwithnecessarysupportanddocumentation.5.CompliancewithImmigrationandVisaRegulations5.2TheStudentshallinformtheSchoolofanychangesinvisastatusorresidentialaddressduringthecourseofstudy.6.TerminationofAgreement6.1Thisagreementmaybeterminatedeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyintheeventofamaterialbreachofanyprovisionhereof.7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction7.1Thisagreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[insertcountry].7.2Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisagreementshallbesubmittedtotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[insertcountry].INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisagreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.[SignatureofSchoolRepresentative]Name:___________________________一、附件列表：1.Passportwithvalidvisapage3.Tworecentpassportsizedphotographs4.Proofoffinancialmeanstocovertuitionfeesandlivingexpenses5.Proofofmedicalinsurancevalidin[insertcountry]6.StatementofpurposeforstudyingattheSchool7.LetterofadmissionfromtheSchool8.Letterofinvitationfromtheappropriateeducationalauthority,ifrequired二、违约行为及认定：1.TheStudentfailstoprovideallnecessarydocumentsandinformationtosupportthevisaapplication.2.TheStudentfailstoapplyforastudentvisaatthenearestembassyorconsulateof[insertcountry]intheStudent'scountryofresidence.4.TheSchoolfailstoprovidetheStudentwithaletterofadmissionandnecessarysupportanddocumentationforthevisaapplication.5.TheSchoolfailstoassisttheStudentinobtainingaletterofinvitationfromtheappropriateeducationalauthority,ifrequired.三、法律名词及解释：1.Visaapplicationprocess:TheprocessfollowedtheStudenttoobtainastudentvisatostudyin[insertcountry].2.Studentvisa:AtemporaryvisagrantedtotheStudenttostudyin[insertcountry].3.Letterofadmission:AdocumentissuedtheSchooltotheStudent,confirmingtheStudent'senrollmentintheSchool.4.Durationofstudy:TheperiodoftimeforwhichtheStudentisauthorizedtostudyin[insertcountry]underthetermsofthevisa.5.Extensionofvisa:AnadditionalperiodoftimegrantedtotheStudenttocontinuestudyingin[insertcountry]beyondtheinitialdurationofthevisa.四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：2.TheStudentmayfacedifficultiesinobtainingtherequiredfinancialproof.Solution:TheStudentshouldconsultwiththeSchoolorseekguidancefromafinancialadvisortoobtainthenecessarydocuments.3.TheSchoolmaynotbeabletoprovidetheStudentwiththerequireddocumentationinatimelymanner.Solution:TheSchoolshouldensurethatallnecessarydocumen
