REMEDIESANDLIABILITIES:

1.IntheeventofabreachofthisAgreementbyeitherparty,thenon-breachingpartyshallhavetherighttoseekappropriateremedies,includingbutnotlimitedto,damages,specificperformance,orinjunctiverelief.

2.TheEmployeragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheEmployeeagainstanyclaims,liabilities,ordamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeEmployee'sperformanceofdutiesunderthisAgreement,providedthatsuchclaims,liabilities,ordamagesariseoutoftheEmployer'snegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.

16.IntheeventofabreachofthisAgreementbytheEmployee,theEmployerhastherighttoterminatetheAgreementwithorwithoutnotice,andmayseekdamagesforanylosssuffered.

17.IntheeventofabreachofthisAgreementbytheThirdParty,theEmployerhastherighttoseekappropriateremedies,includingbutnotlimitedto,terminationoftheThirdParty'sservicesanddamagesforanylosssuffered.

LIMITATIONSONLIABILITY:

18.TheEmployershallnotbeliableforanyindirect,special,orconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreement,exceptasprovidedforinthisAgreement.
