前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T21200—2007《激光打印机干式双组分显影剂用色调剂》,与GB/T21200—
2007相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了“范围”的相关内容(见第1章,2007年版的第1章);
b)更改了术语和定义的相关内容(见第3章,2007年版的第3章);
c)更改了“工作环境条件”要求、“耐包装运输和运输贮存性能”的要求和试验方法,并合并成“环
境适应性”(见4.13和5.17,2007年版的4.1、4.2、4.12、5.1和5.11);
d)更改了“粗粒”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.2和5.6,2007年版的4.4和5.3);
e)更改了“粒度分布”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.3和5.7,2007年版的4.5和5.4);
f)增加了“含水量”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.5和5.9);
g)更改了“熔融指数或软化点”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.6和5.10,2007年版的4.7和5.6);
h)增加了“凝集度或松装密度”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.7和5.11);
i)更改了“荷质比”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.8和5.12,2007年版的4.8和5.7);
j)增加了“TVOC和苯”的限量要求和试验方法(见4.9.1和5.13.1);
k)更改了“苯乙烯”的限量要求和试验方法(见4.9.1和5.13.1,2007年版的4.9.3和5.8.3);
l)删除了“加热挥发物”的技术要求和试验方法(见2007年版的4.9.1和5.8.1);
m)删除了“粉尘”的技术要求和试验方法(见2007年版的4.9.2和5.8.2);
n)更改了“重金属”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.9.2和5.13.2,2007年版的4.9.4和5.8.4);
o)更改了“印品图像质量”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.10和5.14);
p)删除了“消耗量/打印量”的技术要求和试验方法(见2007年版的4.11和5.10);
q)增加了“页产量”和“千页耗粉量”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.11、4.12、5.15和5.16);
r)更改了“净含量”的技术要求和试验方法(见4.14,2007年版的4.13);
s)增加了“测试环境”、“测试设备”、“测试版”和“测试纸”的相关内容(见5.1、5.2、5.3和5.4);
t)更改了检测项目的相关内容(见表5,2007年版的表4);
u)更改了型式检验和出厂检验的相关内容(见6.2和6.3,2007年版的6.1和6.2);
v)删除了附录A“色调剂软化点试验方法”和附录B“粉尘的测定方法”(见2007年版的附录A
和附录B);
w)增加了“松装密度试验方法”(见附录A)。

1范围
本文件规定了黑白激光打印机干式双组分显影剂用墨粉产品的技术要求、检验规则及标志、包装、
运输和贮存,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于黑白激光打印机使用的干式双组分显影剂用墨粉的制造。其他类型的办公设备用
干式双组分显影剂用墨粉的制造参照执行。
