c.Assistanceinobtainingadmissiontotheselectededucationalinstitutions;

d.Supportinsecuringstudentvisasandrelateddocumentation;

e.Assistanceinarrangingforaccommodationandtransportationtothehostcountry.

2.**FeesandPaymentTerms**

TheStudentagreestopaytheAgentatotalfeeof[Amount](hereinafterreferredtoas"theFees")fortheservicesprovided.Thepaymenttermsareasfollows:

a.Aninitialdepositof[Amount]uponsigningthisContract;

3.**Confidentiality**

BothpartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofanyinformationdisclosedduringthecourseofthisContract.SuchinformationshallnotbeusedforanypurposeotherthanfulfillingtheobligationsunderthisContract.

4.**TerminationoftheContract**

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchterminationisduetoabreachofthisContractbytheotherparty.Insuchevent,thenon-breachingpartyshallbeentitledtorecoveranyfeespaidinadvance,lessanyexpensesincurredbytheAgentuptothedateoftermination.

5.**DisputeResolution**

AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreement,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[NameofArbitrationInstitution].

ii.ComplywithalldeadlinesandrequirementssetbytheAgentandtheEducationalConsultant;

4.**ResponsibilitiesandRightsofPartyB(Agent)**
