PAGE79工程监控要点Supervisionpointsmadeaccordingtothecharactersoftheproject：1.原材料、结构构件及设备的监控要点：Supervisionpointsofmaterial,componentsandequipment用于工程上的主要材料，如钢材（钢板，管材，焊材，钢结构构件等）、水泥、砂石成品桩和各种构件等，进场时必须出具正式的合格证和材质化验单等有关技术资料，总承包商还应按有关规定进行检验复试，然后将上述资料一并提交监理工程师复核验证，否则一律不准用于工程上；Thematerialsusedforconstruction,suchassteel(steelplate,pipe,weldingmaterialandsteelstructurecomponent),officialcertificateandtestreportofcement,sand,stone,productpileandallcomponentswillbeprovidedwhentheyarebroughtontosite;GeneralContractorwillhaveretestaccordingtoconcerningregulation,andthensubmittheabovesaiddocumentstoSupervisionEngineertocheck,ortheywillnotbeusedintheproject.建筑配件、门窗及主要设备在订货时，总承包商应提出样品（或看样）及有关供货厂家情况、单价等资料向监理单位申报，由监理单位会同设计、业主和项目管理公司研究同意后方可订货；GeneralContractorwillprovidesample(orseesample)andinformationofthemanufacturertoSupervisionTeamwhenbuildingcomponent,doorandwindowordered,andtheycanbeorderedwhenSupervisionTeam,IKSandPROJECTMANAGEMENTCOMPANYanddesignagree.对进口材料及设备必须具有海关商检书，进口钢筋除按规定抽样作机械性能试验外，焊接前还应做化学分析试验和可焊性试验。进口水泥应做强度及安定性试验。Custominspectioncertificateofimportedmaterialwillbeprovided.Chemicalanalysisandweldingtestwillbemadeforimportedsteelexceptmechanicaltest.Testofstrengthandinvariabilityofwillbemadeforimportedcement.冷拉钢筋、冷拔钢筋和对焊接头钢筋应抽样检验，其机械性能须符合规范要求；Samplingtestwillbemadeforcoldrebarandbutt-weldingrebar,themechanicalfeatureswillcomplywiththecode;工程中所用的构件，如由于运输及安装等原因出现质量问题时，应进行分析研究，采取处理措施，经监理工程师同意后方能使用；Analysiswillbemadewhenproblemoccursincomponentsbytransportandinstallationandtakemeasuretotreat,andtheycanonlybeusedafterSupervisionEngineer;检查加工订货的主要材料、设备及配件等是否符合设计文件或标书规定的厂家、型号、规格和标准；Checkwhetherthemainmaterial,equipmentandcomponentcomplywiththedesigndocumentsorthemanufacturer,type,specificationsandstandardspecifiedinthebiddingdocuments;材料试验单位的资质审查凭证应提交监理组审查、认可；ThequalificationofmaterialtestcompanywillbesubmittedtoSupervisionEngineerforconformation.现场施工用砼的监控Controlofsiteusedconcrete：监理人员要对现场搅拌站和试验室的资质进行审查，符合要求方可使用；SupervisionEngineerwillcheckthequalificationofsitemixingstationandlab;theycanbeusedaftertheycomplyingwiththerequirement.砂、石必须经过试验，水泥要有出厂合格证和复试证明等，须经监理验收合格后方准使用。外加剂的使用须符合有关规定；Sand,stonewillbetested,cementwillhavefactorycertificateandretestcertificate,itwillbeusedafterapprovedbySupervisionEngineer,theadditionalagentwillbeusedwhenitcomplywiththerequirements.若总承包商自己搅拌砼必须要有砼配比申请单，要经过开盘鉴定程度；IftheGeneralContractorwillmixconcretehewillhaveapplicationofmixingratioandwithmixingappraising.拌制砼的原材料必须车车过磅，计量准确；Thematerialformixinggconcretewillbescaledeverytruck,measurementwillbeaccurate.拌制砼的下料顺序和拌制时间，砼延缓时间符合规定要求；Theorderofmaterialfeedandtimeofmixing,timeofconcretestaywillcomplywiththerequirement.督促总承包商按规定做好砼试块的制作养护工作。UrgeGeneralContractortocurethetestcubeaccordingtotheregulation商品砼的监控controlofmixedconcrete：按国家及上海建设工程质量检测见证取样送样制度，对工程所用的原材料和现场制作混凝土试块、砌筑砂浆试块在现场取样和制作时在旁见证。并对试样进行监护送检或采取有效的封存样措施（必要时采用专用送样桶），并在检验委托单上签名；AccordingtothesystemofwitnessofsamplingofChinaandShanghai,witnesswillbedonewhensamplingofmaterialandmakingofcubeofconcreteandmortaronsiteandsupervisionofdeliveryofsampleswitheffectivekeepingmeasure(samplebucketwillbeusedifnecessary)andsignontheentrustsheet.材料取样的时机、程序、数量按规范要求实行。送检的测试中心（或工程试验室）要符合规定的资质。并回避承包商要求送检的测试单位。Thetime,procedure,numberofmaterialsamplingwillbecarriedoutaccordingtothecode.Thetestcenter(engineeringlab)willcomplywiththespecifiedqualificationsandthetestCo.thattheContractoraskedtousewillbeavoided.材料进场后，监理组应及时对照实样认真进行检查验收。同时检查厂家提供的质保书等资料。Supervisionteamwillcheckthematerialaccordingtothesampleandcheckthequalityguaranteecertificateprovidedbythemanufacturermeanwhile.开箱检验，设备现场检验，数量齐全，都必须有质量保证书，合格证，符合图纸要求。Openingcaseinspection,thenumberandguaranteeandwarrantywillbecompleteandcomplywithdrawingrequirement2.隐蔽工程验收项目要点Keypointsofacceptanceofconcealedworks：所有隐蔽工程均应在总承包商自行验收确认（签字）后，交监理组各专业复验签证（同时必须提供隐蔽部位的大样图），未经复验签证一律不得进行隐蔽。AlltheconcealedworkswillbecheckedandsignedbyGeneralContractorbeforetheysubmittedtoSupervisionTeamtorecheckandsign(materiallistanddetaileddrawingwillbeprovided),noconcealingiftheyarenotrechecked.3.分项工程隐蔽验收项目及内容Acceptanceitemofsubdivisionalconcealedwork：基槽地质验收：主要检验基底挖掘标高、以及地质是否与设计要求、勘察报告相符。Geotechacceptanceoffoundationtrench:checkmainlybottomlevelandgeotechcomplywithdesignrequirementandthegeotechsurveyreport.各项钢筋砼中的钢筋绑扎（包括埋件）验收：主要检验钢筋数量、品种、规格、形状、间距、搭接长度和焊接质量。Acceptanceofbindingofallreinforcementinconcrete(includingembeddedpart):checkthenumber,sorts,spec,shape,space,lappinglengthandweldingquality.埋入结构中的避雷导线验收：主要检验导线的连续性，用料规格、数量和焊接质量。Acceptanceofembeddedlightninglead:continuousnessoflead,specificationofmaterial,numberandweldingquality.埋入结构中的工艺管线验收：主要检验预埋工艺管线的数量、规格、材质、走向、接头质量。Acceptanceofprocesspipeinconcrete:number,spec,materialquality,directionandconnectionquality.4.分部工程隐蔽验收Acceptanceofconcealedsubdivisionalwork：分部工程验收，系指分部工程已施工完毕的验收，主要验收内容是：对该分部施工全过程的质量情况（包括质量问题的处理）作出质量上的综合评估。因此，总承包商应在验收前三天将工程验收单提交监理组，经监理会同业主和项目管理公司和总承包商等三方共同进行验收签证。Acceptanceofsubdivisionalworkmeanstheacceptanceofcompletedsubdivisionalworks,themaincontentis:toevaluatecomprehensivelythequalityofconstructionofwork(includingdisposalofqualityproblem).Therefore,GeneralContractorwillsubmitapplication3daysbeforeacceptance,SupervisionTeam,BomagandSIPandGeneralContractorwillinspectandacceptandsigntogether.通风与空调工程风管系统及给排水管等管道的强度试验和严密性（漏光法检测，漏风量测试）试验验收，主要检查验收各系统的泵压强度、严密性和施工全过程的质量，并作出各系统质量的综合评估。Acceptanceofstrengthandtightness(lightleakcheck,windleaktest)ofsystemofventilationandairconditioning,watersupplyanddrainagepipeetc.mainlycheckthepumppressurestrength,tightnessandqualityofoverallconstructioncourseandmakeacomprehensiveevaluation;5.混凝土工程施工质量监控Qualitycontrolofconcreteconstruction可能产生的质量问题Probablyoccurredqualityproblem可能产生的质量问题：砼强度达不到要求、外观缺陷和有影响结构性能和使用功能（或设备安装）的尺寸偏差。Qualityproblemprobablyoccurred:strengthofconcretecannotcomeuptotherequirement,appearancedefectandsizedeviationaffectingstructureanduse(orinstallationofequipmentt).质量控制措施Qualitycontrolmeasure砼强度达不到要求Concretestrengthcannotcomeuptotherequirement做好商品砼供应商选择及其提供的砼配合比认可工作；Makegoodchooseofmixedconcretesupplierandcheckofthemixration;随机抽查商品砼质量情况（计量、坍落度和配合比等）；Checkthequalityofmixedconcreteatrandom(quantity,slumpandmixratio)监督、检查总承包商试块制作工作（旁站）；Supervise,checkmakingoftestcubebyGeneralContractor(stander-bysupervision)检查标准养护室是否符合要求；Checkwhetherthestandardcuringroomcomplieswiththerequirementornot.督促总承包商按时送检（随同去）。UrgeGeneralContractortosendsamplestimely(gotogether)外观缺陷Outwardappearancedefect模板安装固定必须牢固，模板表面干净，拼缝（缝隙填嵌）严密；Formworkwillbefixed,thesurfacewillbeclean,thejointwillbeclosed(fillingjoint)钢筋必须有限位措施、保护层（垫块，厚度、数量、位置）符合要求；Stablemeasureofreinforcement,cover(cushionpiece,thickness,numberandposition)willcomplywiththerequirement;钢筋绑扎，数量，尺寸，规格均符合图纸要求。钢筋连接均符合有关规定Bindingofrebar,number,sizeandspecwillcomplywithdrawing.Reinforcementwillcomplywiththeregulation严格控制砼配合比、水灰比及坍落度；Controlstrictlythemixratio,cementandwaterratioandslump;分层均匀振捣密实，严防漏振，每层砼振捣应至气泡排出为止；Eachlayerofconcretewillbevibrateddensely,avoidmissingofvibration,eachlayerwillbevibratedtobubbles;控制一次下料厚度和自由倾落高度，防止砼离析，高度超过2m须采取相应措施；Controlthethicknessofpouringandfreefallinghigh,preventionofsegregation,measureswillbeadoptedwhenhighisover2m.钢筋稠密区域砼浇捣（采取相应措施）；Concretingindensereinforcement(adoptrelevantmeasures)施工缝处理应符合规范要求；Treatmentofjointwillcomplythecode;砼浇捣时，要对称下料、振捣，并注意振捣时不能碰撞模板；Concretewillbepouredsymmetrically,vibrateandnottouchtheformwork;采取正确振捣方法，振动棒插点应均匀排列，采用行列式或交错式顺序移动，快插慢拔，循环振捣，以免漏振；Vibrateproperly,theinsertingdotwillbearrangedevenly,moveitinlineorstaggeredorder,insertquicklyandpulloutslowly,vibratebycircleandavoid,avoidmissingofvibrate;体积砼浇筑时，应有相应的措施；Relevantmeasurewillbeadoptedwhenlargevolumeconcreteispoured;砼浇捣完毕后采取两次抹实压光方法，即在砼收水前再进行抹实压光；Twofinishingswillbeadoptedafterconcreteisvibratedvizfinishagainbeforetheinitialsettingofconcrete.控制拆模时间，必须达到规范要求；Controlthetimeofremovalofformwork;检查砼浇筑后养护工作（平行巡视检查）。Checkcuringafterconcreteispoured(paralleltourinspection)尺寸偏差sizedeviation模板安装固定必须牢固；Formwillbefixedfirmly;模板安装轴线、标高、截面尺寸、表面平整度、垂直度检查。Grid,level,sectionsize,surfacesmoothness,perpendicularityofformworkinstallation;砼工程质量控制手段Concretequalitycontrolmean现场监督和检查sitesupervisionandcheck现场监督检查的内容：开工前的检查，工序施工中的跟踪监督，检查与控制以及旁站监督与控制（关键工序和工程部位）。Sitesupervisionandcheck:checkbeforecommencement,follow-upsupervisioninconstruction,checkandstander-bysupervision(forkeyprocessandpart)现场监督和检查的方式:砼浇捣实行旁站监理。Sitesupervisionandchecktype:stander-bysupervisionwillbemadeforconcretepouring7.钢结构工程施工质量监控：Controlofqualityofsteelstructure质量控制措施Qualitycontrolmeasure地脚螺栓的预埋Embeddingofholdingdownbolt基础砼浇筑前监理将严格检查预埋螺栓施工方法的合理性、可靠性，以及各项实测指标是否在规范规定范围内。SupervisionTeamwillcheckthereasonabilityandreliabilityofbuildingmethodofHDboltbeforefoundationispoured,andcheckwhetheralltheindexisintherangespecified;焊接工程质量Weldingquality检查焊接原材料出厂质量证明文件；Checkqualitycertificateofweldingmaterial;检查焊工上岗证；Checkthepostcertificateofthewelder督促进行必要的焊接工艺试验；Urgetohaveanecessarytestforwelding;施焊过程中加强巡视检查，监督落实各项技术措施；Strengthentourinspectioninwelding,urgetosettlealltechnicalmeasures;严格进行焊缝质量、外观检查和焊缝尺寸实测；Seamqualitycheckandsizemeasurementwillbecarriedoutstrictly;督促进行无损检测工作。Urgetocarryoutnon-damagetest高强度螺栓连接工程Connectionofhighstrengthbolt检查高强度螺栓质量证明文件、检验报告及复验报告；Checkthequalitycertificate,testreportandretestreportofhighstrengthbolt检查高强度螺栓连接摩擦面抗滑系数试验报告和复验报告；Checkthetestofanti-slidecoefficientoffrictionfaceofhighstrengthbolt;现场处理的构件摩擦面应单独进行摩擦面抗滑系数试验；Thefrictionsafetreatedonsitewillbetestedfortheanti-slidecoefficient;高强度大六角头螺栓连接副终拧完成1h后，48h内应进行终拧矩检查；Finalwrenchingwillbecheckedwithin48hrsafterconnectionofhexagonboltiscompletedfor1hr.高强度连接副的施拧顺序和初拧、复拧执矩应符合设计和规范要求。Theorderofwrenchingandinitialwrenchingandre-wrenchingofhighstrengthboltwillcomplywithdesignandcode;钢结构除锈及涂装工程Rustremovalandpainting对钢结构的除锈质量按照设计要求的等级进行严格的验收；Therustremovalwillbeinspectedstrictlyinaccordancewiththedesignrequiredgrade;检查涂装原材料的出厂质量证明书，防火涂料还要检查消防部门的认可证明；Checkthequalitycertificateofpaintsuppliedbythemanufacturer,firefightingdepartment’scertificateisnecessaryforfirepaint;涂装前彻底消除构件表面的泥土、油污等杂物；Cleansoil,oilystainetconthesurfaceofcomponentbeforepainting;涂装施工应在无尘、干燥的环境中进行，且温度、湿度符合规范要求；Paintingwillbecarriedoutinnodustanddryenvironment,andthetemperatureandmoisturewillcomplywiththecode;涂刷遍数及涂层厚度要符合设计要求；Thenumberandthicknessofpaintwillcomplywiththedesignrequirement;对涂层损坏处要做细致的处理，保证该处涂装质量；Totreatcarefullythedamagedpaintcoattoguaranteethequalityhere;认真检查涂层附着力；Checkcarefullythestickinessofthepaintcoat;严格进行外观检查验收，保证涂装质量符合规范及标准要求。Checkstrictlytheoutwardappearancetoguaranteepaintqualitycomplywiththecodeandstandard;彩钢板墙工程Steelsheetwall双层彩钢板（内衬玻璃棉夹芯）制作安装前督促承包商拟定周密可靠的彩板工程施工方案，尤其是要指定详细的排板方案、建筑构造作法和质量保证措施；AskContractortomakeacarefulplanofmetalplateworkbeforedoublelayercolormetalsheet(glasswoolinside)isfabricated,especiallyadetailedplatearrangeplan,buildingmethodandqualityguaranteemeasureisbemade.制作安装过程中加强巡视检查、旁站监督和平行检验；Strengthentourcheckandstander-bysupervisionandparallelcheckincourseoffabricating;严格进行分项工程验收，要确定构造合理、可靠、无渗漏，观感平整、顺直、严密，颜色均匀一致，板面无划伤、无锈斑、无污染。Inspectandacceptstrictlyinaccordancewithsubdivisionalwork,thestructurewillbereasonable,reliable,noleak,visuallysmooth,straight,close,coloriseven,nonickonthesurface,noruststain,nopollution.钢结构工程监理手段Supervisionmeansofsteelstructure现场监督检查的内容:开工前的检查，工序施工中的跟踪监督、检查与控制以及旁站监督与控制（关键工序和工程部位）。Sitesupervisionandcheck:checkbeforecommencement,follow-upsupervisioninconstruction,checkandstander-bysupervision(forkeyprocessandpart)现场监督检查的方式:重要部位的焊接、高强度螺栓连接进行旁站监理方式，其他采用平时巡视和平行检验方式。
