前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T25020《电气化铁路接触网支柱》的第1部分。GB/T25020已经发布了以下部分:
——第1部分:钢支柱。
本文件代替GB/T25020.1—2010《电气化铁路接触网钢支柱第1部分:格构式支柱》、
GB/T25020.3—2016《电气化铁路接触网钢支柱第3部分:环形钢管支柱》和GB/T25020.4—2016
《电气化铁路接触网钢支柱第4部分:H形支柱》,本文件合并修订GB/T25020.1—2010、
GB/T25020.3—2016和GB/T25020.4—2016,与上述文件相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技
术变化如下:
a)增加了钢板的技术要求(见5.2.1.2);
b)增加了角钢的技术要求(见5.2.1.3);
c)增加了H型钢的技术要求(见5.2.1.4);
d)更改了钢材剪切下料的环境温度要求(见5.3.2.5,GB/T25020.1—2010的5.3.1.2,
GB/T25020.3—2016的5.3.2.2,GB/T25020.4—2016的5.3.2.3);
e)更改了镀层表面质量的技术要求(见5.3.5.1,GB/T25020.1—2010的5.4.2.1,GB/T25020.3—
2016的5.5.1,GB/T25020.4—2016的5.4.1.2);
f)更改了镀层厚度的技术要求(见表1,GB/T25020.1—2010的5.4.4.1,GB/T25020.3—2016
的5.4.3,GB/T25020.4—2016的5.4.1.5);
g)更改了构件的外形尺寸技术要求(见表2、表3、表4,GB/T25020.1—2010的表3,GB/T25020.3—

引言
电气化铁路接触网支柱按材质分为钢支柱和混凝土支柱。为了统一技术要求,增强通用性,
GB/T25020《电气化铁路接触网支柱》给出了接触网支柱的要求及指南,拟由两个部分构成。
——第1部分:钢支柱。目的在于规定电气化铁路接触网钢支柱分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验
规则等。
——第2部分:混凝土支柱。目的在于规定电气化铁路接触网混凝土支柱分类、技术要求、试验方
法、检验规则等。

1范围
本文件规定了电气化铁路接触网钢支柱的分类与表示方法、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志
与产品合格证、储存及运输。
本文件适用于电气化铁路接触网钢支柱,城市轨道交通采用的同类支柱参照执行。
