2.ContractPrice:

5.Insurance:

PartyAshallmaintainappropriateinsurancecoveragefortheProject,includingbutnotlimitedtogeneralliabilityinsurance,workers'compensationinsurance,andpropertyinsurance.PartyBshallbenotifiedofanychangestotheinsurancecoverageduringthecourseoftheContract.

6.Termination:

(a)EitherpartymayterminatethisContractintheeventofabreachbytheotherpartyofanymaterialtermorconditionhereof;

(b)Upontermination,PartyAshallceaseallworkontheProjectandshalldelivertoPartyBallequipment,materials,andotherpropertyofPartyBremainingontheProjectsite.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
