THDSStrongHeat,RadicalHeatForecastingProcedure对强热、激热报警信息，铁路局集团公司红外线调度员立即进行分析和确认，经确认的强热、激热信息使用语音记录装置良好的电话按标准用语通知列车调度员，明确处置要求，同时列车调度员在行调复示终端上点击确认，并按处置要求及时进行相应的行车调度指挥。Strongheat,radicalheatalarminformation,theRailwayBureauGroupCompanyinfrareddispatcherimmediatelyanalyzeandconfirm,confirmedstrongheat,radicalheatinformationusingvoicerecordingdevicegoodtelephoneinaccordancewiththestandardterminologytonotifythetraindispatcher,cleardisposalrequirements,whilethetraindispatcherinthelinedispatchingre-demonstrationoftheterminalclicktoconfirmandaccordingtotherequirementsofthedisposalofthecorrespondinglineschedulingcommandinatimelymanner.红外线调度员电话通知列车调度员后，填写《铁路货车运行安全监控系统拦停通知卡》，由列车调度员签字确认。同时，及时将热轴报警后的处置情况通知铁路局集团公司车辆调度员。铁路局集团公司车辆调度员及时安排车辆段按规定处理热轴铁路货车。Aftertheinfrareddispatchernotifiesthetraindispatcherbyphone,hefillsinthe"RailwayWagonOperationSafetyMonitoringSystemStoppingNotificationCard",whichissignedbythetraindispatcher.Atthesametime,thedispositionofthehotaxlealarmafterthetimelynotificationoftheRailwayBureauGroupCompanyvehicledispatcher.ThevehicledispatcheroftheRailwayBureauGroupCompanypromptlyarrangesthevehiclesectiontodealwiththehot-axlerailroadwagonaccordingtotheregulations.报警信息中列车车次和铁路货车车号不清的，由铁路局集团公司红外线调度员联系列车调度员确认车次和车号等信息。Ifthetrainnumberandrailroadwagonnumberinthealarminformationisunclear,theinfrareddispatcheroftherailroadbureaugroupcompanywillcontactthetraindispatchertoconfirmtheinformationsuchasthetrainnumberandwagonnumber.（1）（2）（3）郑州铁路职业技术学院一、车辆轴温智能探测系统（THDS)1.THDS强热、激热预报程序对铁路局集团公司红外线调度员预报的强热报警的列车，列车调度员立即安排列车在前方站停车并通知机车乘务员；机车乘务员根据通知在前方站停车。列车到达前方站后，停车车站有列检作业场的，由列检人员检查、处理；无列检作业场的，由车站安排将该车从列车中摘下，按规定通知车辆部门派员前往检查处理。FortrainswithstrongheatalarmsforecastedbytheinfrareddispatcheroftheRailwayBureauGroupCompany,thetraindispatcherimmediatelyarrangesforthetraintostopattheforwardstationandnotifiesthelocomotivecrew;thelocomotivecrewstopsthetrainattheforwardstationaccordingtothenotification.Afterthetrainarrivesattheforwardstation,ifthereisatraininspectionsiteatthestoppingstation,thetraininspectorwillcheckanddealwiththetrain;ifthereisnotraininspectionsite,thestationwillarrangetoremovethetrainfromthetrain,andnotifytherollingstockdepartmentinaccordancewiththeregulationstosendstafftocheckanddealwiththetrain.对铁路局集团公司红外线调度员预报的激热报警的列车，列车调度员立即安排就地停车；机车乘务员接到就地停车的口头通知后，立即停车。Fortrainsforecastedbytheinfrareddispatcherofarailroadgroupcompanyashavinganagitatedheatalarm,thetraindispatcherimmediatelyarrangesforanin-placestop;thelocomotivecrewreceivesverbalnotificationofthein-placestopandimmediatelystopsthetrain.THDS强热、激热预报程序
