WHEREAS,theLandlordownsaresidentialpropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress](hereinafterreferredtoas"theProperty");
WHEREAS,theTenantdesirestorentthePropertyfromtheLandlordforresidentialpurposes;
NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,theLandlordandTenantagreeasfollows:
1.Rent
1.1TheTenantagreestopaytheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRent](hereinafterreferredtoas"theRent")fortheuseandoccupancyoftheProperty.
1.2TheRentshallbepayableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[LateFeePercentage]oftheRent.
1.3TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallutilityexpenses,includingelectricity,water,gas,andinternetservice,unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwriting.
2.Term
2.1TheTermofthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofMonths]months,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.
2.2TheTenantmayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheLandlord.
3.ConditionoftheProperty
3.1TheTenantshallusethePropertyinagoodandcarefulmanner,andshallnotcauseanydamagetothePropertyoritsfixtures.
3.2TheTenantshallmaintainthePropertyinacleanandhabitableconditionthroughouttheTermofthisContract.
3.3TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.
4.SecurityDeposit
4.1TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydepositof[SecurityDepositAmount](hereinafterreferredtoas"theSecurityDeposit")upontheexecutionofthisContract.
4.2TheSecurityDepositshallberefundabletotheTenantupontheterminationofthisContract,providedthattheTenanthasfulfilledallobligationsunderthisContractandreturnedthePropertyinthesameconditionaswhentheTenanttookpossessionthereof,fairwearandtearexcepted.
5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
5.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
5.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationbetweentheLandlordandTenant.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbesubmittedtothejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].
INWITNESSWHEREOF,theLandlordandTenanthaveexecutedthisAccommodationContractasofthedatefirstabovewritten.

1.2PartyCshallensurethatthePropertyismaintainedinasafe,clean,andhabitableconditionthroughouttheTermofthisContract.
2.RentandPaymentTerms
2.1PartyBagreestopaytheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRent]toPartyA.
2.2PartyBshallpaytheRenttoPartyConthefirstdayofeachmonth.Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[LateFeePercentage]oftheRent.
2.3PartyCshallcollecttheRentonbehalfofPartyAandremittheproceedstoPartyAwithin[NumberofDays]daysofcollection.
3.SecurityDeposit

4.PartyA'sRightsandObligations
4.1PartyAretainstherighttoapproveanychangestothePropertyoritsusebyPartyB.
4.2PartyAhastherighttoinspectthePropertyatreasonabletimestoensurecompliancewiththetermsofthisContract.
4.3PartyAshallbeentitledtoreceiveallRentcollectedbyPartyCwithin[NumberofDays]daysofcollection.
5.PartyB'sRightsandObligations
5.1PartyBhastherighttoresideinthePropertyinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.
5.2PartyBshallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotsubletorassignthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.
6.PartyB's违约及限制条款
6.1IfPartyBfailstopaytheRentontime,PartyAmay,atitsdiscretion,terminatethisContractandrecoverpossessionoftheProperty.
6.2PartyBshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.
6.3PartyBshallnotengageinanyillegalactivitiesontheProperty.
7.ThirdParty'sResponsibilities
7.1PartyCshallactasanagentforPartyAandshallensurethatthePropertyismanagedinamannerthatpreservesandenhancesitsvalue.
7.2PartyCshallprovidePartyBwithacopyofthisContractandallrelevantdocumentation.
7.3PartyCshallhandleallmaintenanceandrepairissuespromptlyandefficiently.
8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
8.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
8.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbesubmittedtothejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].

PartyA'sprimaryobjectiveinenteringintothisContractistosecureastablerentalincomefromPartyBwhileminimizingrisksandliabilitiesassociatedwithpropertyownership.ByappointingPartyCasthePropertyManagementCompany,PartyAcanfocusonstrategicdecisionsandlong-terminvestments,confidentthatthePropertyisbeingmanagedeffectivelyandprofessionally.PartyA'srightsandobligationsarestructuredtoensurethattheirinterestsareprotectedandthattheycanexercisetheirauthorityoverthePropertyasneeded.

2.2PartyBshallmaintainthePropertyinagoodcondition,exceptfornormalwearandtear.
2.3PartyBshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andthetermsofthisAgreement.
3.PartyC'sResponsibilities
3.1PartyCshallconductathoroughinspectionofthePropertybeforetheAgreementtakeseffectandprovidePartyBwithadetailedreport.
3.2PartyCshallnegotiateandsecurethebestpossibletermsfortherentalagreementonbehalfofPartyB.
3.3PartyCshallassistPartyBinresolvinganydisputesthatmayariseduringthetermofthisAgreement.
4.RentandPaymentTerms
4.1PartyBagreestopaytheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRent]toPartyA.
4.2TheRentshallbepaidtoPartyC,whoshallthenremittheproceedstoPartyAonthefirstdayofeachmonth.
4.3PartyCshallensurethattheRentispaidontimeandshallnotifyPartyBofanylatepayments.
5.SecurityDeposit
5.1PartyBshallpaytoPartyAasecuritydepositof[SecurityDepositAmount]upontheexecutionofthisAgreement.

6.PartyA's违约及限制条款
6.1IfPartyAfailstomaintainthePropertyintheagreedcondition,PartyBmayrequestPartyCtotakecorrectiveactions,andPartyAshallberesponsibleforanycostsincurred.
6.2PartyAshallnotmakeanyunauthorizedchangestothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyB.
6.3PartyAshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmayinterferewithPartyB'senjoymentoftheProperty.
7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
7.1ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
7.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbesubmittedtothejurisdi
