4.降温措施（Coolingmeasures）用湿毛巾擦拭中暑者全身（Wipethevictim'sbodywithawettowel)

5.送医治疗（Seekmedicaltreatment）若中暑症状严重，立即拨打120或送往医院（Call120orsendtothehospitalimmediatelyiftheheat-strokesymptomsaresevere）晕倒（Collapse）1.确保现场安全（Ensurethesafetyofthescene）

-立即让旁人拨打当地急救电话（Immediatelyasksomeonenearbytocallthelocalemergencynumber）。-清楚告知接线员患者晕倒的具体位置、大致情况（Clearlyinformtheoperatorofthespecificlocationwherethepatientfaintedandthegeneralsituation）。流鼻血nosebleeding

1.轻声安慰流鼻血者，让其保持冷静（Gentlycomfortthepersonwithanosebleedtokeepthemcalm）。

-帮助流鼻血者坐直身体，头稍微向前倾（Assistthepersontosituprightwiththeirheadtiltedslightlyforward），切勿后仰（Nevertilttheheadbackward），防止血液倒流进入喉咙。

压迫止血（Applypressuretostopbleeding）

-让流鼻血者用手指捏紧鼻翼两侧（Askthepersontopinchbothsidesofthenosefirmlywiththeirfingers），持续按压5-10分钟（Keeppressingfor5-10minutes）。

3.冷敷（Applycoldcompress）-用冷毛巾或冰袋敷在流鼻血者的额头或鼻梁处（Applyacoldtoweloricepacktotheforeheadorthebridgeofthenoseofthepersonwithanosebleed）。
