4.ConfidentialityandPrivacy

4.1ThePartyacknowledgesthattheClubmaycollect,use,anddisclosepersonalinformationprovidedbythePartyinaccordancewiththeClub'sprivacypolicy.

4.2ThePartyagreestokeepconfidentialanyandallinformationobtainedfromtheClub,exceptasrequiredbylaworwiththepriorwrittenconsentoftheClub.

5.Indemnification

5.1ThePartyagreestoindemnify,defend,andholdharmlesstheClub,itsofficers,directors,employees,andagentsfromandagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,losses,costs,andexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeParty'suseoftheClub'sservices.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

6.1ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/City].

9.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
