本文件确立了煤矸石回填塌陷区复垦的总则和工作流程,规定了煤矸石分类与入场、回填场地调查
与选择、回填与复垦的过程,描述了复垦质量的监测与评价方法。
本文件适用于利用煤矸石回填采煤塌陷区复垦。
