TherecommendedhumidityrangeforCMMsis40%-60%。ExcessivehumiditycanleadtocondensationontheCMM,causingpartstorust,andmayalsocausethemarblebasetoabsorbmoistureanddeform.Insufficienthumiditymaygeneratestaticelectricity,whichcanaffectelectricalcomponents.(3)AirSupplyQuality:Manycoordinatemeasuringmachinesuseairbearings,requiringcompressedair.Theairsupplymustbecleanandfreefromoil,water,andotherimpurities.Theairpressureshouldalsomeetcertainrequirements,typically6-8bar.(4)GuideRailCleaningandProtection:Itisrecommendedtoregularlycleantheguiderailswithanhydrousalcohol,usinglint-freepaperforone-sidedcleaning.Noobjectsshouldbeplacedontheguiderails,andtheyshouldnotbetouchedbyhand.(5)VibrationInterference:VibrationsintheenvironmentcansignificantlyaffectboththeCMMcomponentsanditsmeasurementaccuracy.Therefore,measurementroomsshouldnotbelocatednearstrongvibrationsourcesorhigh-noiseareas,suchaspunchingmachines,presses,forgingequipment,orpiledrivers.(6)PowerSupplyRequirements:Thevoltageshouldbe220V±10%,Itisrecommendedtouseanuninterruptiblepowersupply(UPS).04StartupProcedureoftheCoordinateMeasuringMachineTaskII–OperationalRequirementsforCoordinateMeasuringMachines(CMMs)2.4StartupProcedureoftheCoordinateMeasuringMachine05CommonFunctionsoftheControlPanelTaskII–OperationalRequirementsforCoordinateMeasuringMachines(CMMs)2.5CommonFunctions
