stimulatehungerandstophormone(荷力;蒙)signalsthatmunicat,fullness.Thefindingswere

importantbecausewomenwereathighriskoffatnessandsleepdisorders,theresearcherssaid,

whichcouldbolhbedrivenbyahighintakeoffood.Takingashortsleephasbeenfoundtoimprove

yourcreativity.Therightsideofyourbrainmightexperienceastrongmentalfeelingduringashort

sleep,researchsuggested.Therightsideis(hehemisphere(半球体)mostassociatedwithcreative

tasks,suchasimaginationandthinking,whiletheleftismorelogiciil.Researchersmonitoringthe

brainactivityof15peoplefoundthattherightsideoftheirbrainmunicatedbusilywithitselfaswell

In2011,Brownewroteapaperstatingthatasinglepieceofsyntheticclothingcanproduce

morethan1,900fibersperwash.Brownecollectedsamples(样本)fromseawaterandfreshwater

sitesaroundtheworld,andusedaspecialwaytoexamineeachsample.Hediscoveredthatevery

singlewatersamplecontainedmicrofibers.

Thisisbadnewsforanumberofreasons.Plasticcancauseharmtosealifewheneaten.Studies

havealsoshownthatplasticcantakeinotherpollutants.

Basedonthisevidence,itmayseemsurprisingthatpaniesandorganizationshavechosento

turnplasticwasteintoclothingasanenvironmental“sokilion”.Everthoughthesciencehasbeen
