二零二五年度房地产项目质量控制合同中英文术语汇编RErealestateprojectqualitycontroltermsanddefinitionsfortheyear2025ContractNo.:__________Date:__________ThisContractismadeandenteredintoandbetweenthefollowingparties:PartyA:Name:__________Address:__________ContactPerson:__________Position:__________PartyB:Name:__________Address:__________ContactPerson:__________Position:__________WHEREAS,PartyAisengagedintheconstructionofrealestateprojects,andPartyBisengagedinthequalitycontrolofrealestateprojects;NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.ScopeofWorkPartyBshallprovidequalitycontrolservicesfortherealestateprojectsconstructedPartyAduringtheyear2025.Thescopeofworkincludesbutisnotlimitedto:Supervisingtheconstructionprocessandensuringthequalityoftheconstructionmaterialsandworkmanship;Inspectingandtestingtheconstructionworksaccordingtotherelevantstandardsandspecifications;ProvidingtechnicalguidanceandsupporttoPartyAduringtheconstructionprocess.2.QualityControlStandardsNationalstandardsandregulationsforrealestateconstruction;Therelevantstandardsandspecificationsoftheconstructionindustry;Thequalityrequirementsandspecificationssetforthintheconstructioncontract.3.ResponsibilitiesofPartyAProvidenecessaryinformation,documents,andaccesstotheconstructionsiteforPartyBtoperformitsqualitycontrolservices;Ensurethattheconstructionworksarecarriedoutinaccordancewiththerelevantstandardsandspecifications;PaytheagreedfeestoPartyBforthequalitycontrolservices.4.ResponsibilitiesofPartyBPerformthequalitycontrolservicesinaccordancewiththeagreedscopeofworkandstandards;Conductinspectionsandtestsinatimelyandaccuratemanner;ProvidetechnicalguidanceandsupporttoPartyAasrequired.5.FeesandPaymentThefeesforthequalitycontrolservicesprovidedPartyBshallbeagreeduponinadvancebothparties.Thepaymenttermsshallbeasfollows:Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentscheduleandterms;6.ConfidentialityBothpartiesagreetokeepallinformationanddataobtainedduringtheexecutionofthiscontractconfidential.Nopartyshalldiscloseoruseanysuchinformationordataforanypurposeotherthanthepurposeofthiscontract.7.DisputeResolutionIntheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontract,thepartiesshallendeavortoresolvethedisputeamicablythroughnegotiations.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,itshallbesubmittedtotherelevantarbitrationorjudicialauthorityforresolution.8.TermandTermination9.GoverningLawThiscontractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictionwheretherealestateprojectsarelocated.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthiscontractasofthedatefirstabovewritten.PartyA:_______________________Name:_______________________Date:_______________________PartyB:_______________________Name:_______________________Date:_______________________中文合同编号：__________日期：__________甲方：名称：__________地址：__________联系人：__________职务：__________乙方：名称：__________地址：__________联系人：__________职务：__________鉴于，甲方从事房地产开发业务，乙方从事房地产开发项目的质量控制；现经双方协商一致，达成如下协议：1.工作范围乙方应提供2025年度甲方房地产开发项目的质量控制服务。工作范围包括但不限于：监督施工过程，确保建筑材料和施工质量；根据相关标准和规范对施工进行检验和测试；出具质量控制报告和改进建议；在施工过程中向甲方提供技术指导和支持。2.质量控制标准房地产建设国家标准和法规；建设行业相关标准和规范；建设合同中规定的质量要求和规范。3.甲方责任向乙方提供必要的信息、文件和进入施工现场的便利，以便乙方执行质量控制服务；确保施工符合相关标准和规范；及时实施乙方提出的建议和纠正措施；按照约定的费用向乙方支付质量控制服务费。4.乙方责任按照约定的工作范围和标准执行质量控制服务；及时、准确地开展检验和测试；出具质量控制报告和改进建议；需要时向甲方提供技术指导和支持。5.费用和支付乙方提供服务的费用应由双方事先协商确定。支付条款如下：支付应按照约定的支付计划和条款进行；甲方应在质量控制服务完成后向乙方支付费用；6.保密双方同意对本合同执行过程中获得的所有信息和数据保密。任何一方不得披露或使用此类信息或数据，除本合同目的之外。7.争议解决因本合同产生的或与本合同有关的任何争议，双方应通过协商友好解决。如果争议无法通过协商解决，应提交相关仲裁或司法机构解决。8.合同期限和终止本合同自签订之日起生效，至2025年度质量控制服务完成之日止。任何一方可以书面通知另一方终止本
