2025租赁合同范本英文LEASEAGREEMENT(2025)ThisLeaseAgreement(the"Agreement")isenteredintoon,2025,byandbetween,residingat(the"Landlord"),and,residingat(the"Tenant").TheLandlordandTenantagreeasfollows:1.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantaccepts,thepropertylocatedat(the"Premises").ThePremisesconsistof,includingbutnotlimitedto.2.TermoftheLeaseThetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon,2025,andendon,2025,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.TheTenantmayrequesttorenewtheleaseupontheexpirationoftheTerm,subjecttotheLandlord'swrittenapproval,whichshallnotbeunreasonablywithheld,conditioned,ordelayed.3.RentTheTenantshallpaythemonthlyrentof$(the"Rent")onorbeforetheofeachmonth.TheRentshallbepaidtotheLandlordatorviawiretransfertotheaccountspecifiedbytheLandlord.TheLandlordmay,fromtimetotime,increasetheRentinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.AnyincreaseinRentshallbesubjecttowrittennoticetotheTenantatleastdayspriortotheeffectivedateoftheincrease.4.SecurityDepositTheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof$(the"SecurityDeposit")uponsigningthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordtosecuretheperformanceoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallberefundedtotheTenantwithindaysaftertheexpirationoftheTerm,minusanyamountsdeductedtocoverdamages,defaults,orotherexpensesincurredbytheLandlordduetotheTenant'sbreachofthisAgreement.5.UseofthePremisesTheTenantshallusethePremisessolelyforandfornootherpurpose.TheTenantshallnotsublease,assign,orotherwisetransferanyinterestinthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord,whichshallnotbeunreasonablywithheld,conditioned,ordelayed.6.MaintenanceandRepairTheTenantshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthePremisesduringtheTerm,attheirownexpense,exceptforstructuralrepairstothePremises,whichshallbetheresponsibilityoftheLandlord.TheTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanydamageornecessaryrepairsrequiringtheLandlord'sattention.7.InsuranceTheTenantshallmaintain,attheirownexpense,comprehensivegeneralliabilityinsuranceandpropertyinsurancecoveringthePremisesandtheirusethereof.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithacopyoftheinsurancepoliciesandcertificatesofinsuranceuponrequest.TheLandlordshallmaintaininsuranceonthePremisestocoverdamagetothestructureandfixtures,attheLandlord'sexpense.8.IndemnificationTheTenantshallindemnify,defend,andholdharmlesstheLandlord,theiragents,employees,andrepresentatives,fromandagainstanyclaims,damages,losses,orexpenses(includingreasonableattorneys'fees)arisingfromtheTenant'suseofthePremisesortheTenant'sbreachofthisAgreement.9.AlterationsandImprovementsTheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,modifications,orimprovementstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Anyalterations,modifications,orimprovementsmadewiththeLandlord'sconsentshallremainthepropertyoftheTenantandbecomepartofthePremises.Uponterminationofthelease,theTenantshallremoveanysuchalterations,modifications,orimprovementsattheTenant'sexpense,unlesstheLandlordagreesotherwiseinwriting.10.AssignmentTheTenantshallnotassignthisAgreementoranyinterestthereinwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord,whichshallnotbeunreasonablywithheld,conditioned,ordelayed.Anypurportedassignmentinviolationofthisprovisionshallbenullandvoid.11.DefaultandRemediesTheTenantshallbeindefaultofthisAgreementif:a)TheTenantfailstopaytheRentoranyothersumrequiredunderthisAgreementwithindaysafterwrittennoticeisgiven;b)TheTenantbreachesanyothertermorconditionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithindaysafterwrittennoticeisgiven;c)TheTenantabandonsthePremisesorvacatesthePremiseswithoutcomplyingwiththetermsofthisAgreement.UpontheoccurrenceofanydefaultbytheTenant,theLandlordshallhavetherighttopursueanyandallremediesavailableatlaworinequity,includingbutnotlimitedtoterminationofthelease,recoveryofpossessionofthePremises,andrecoveryofdamagesfortheTenant'sbreach.12.SeverabilityIfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,suchinvalidityorunenforceabilityshallnotaffecttheremainingprovisionsofthisAgreement,whichshallremaininfullforceandeffect.13.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheLandlordandtheTenantwithrespecttothePremises.Anyprioragreements,understandings,orrepresentationsaresupersededbythisAgreement.NoamendmentormodificationofthisAgreementshallbevalidunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.14.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof.AnylegalactionorproceedingarisingunderorrelatedtothisAgreementshallbebroughtexclusivelyinthecourtsof,andthepartiesconsenttothe
