TheMilwaukeeIndustrialmarketreportedavacancyrateof4.8%inQ4,adecreaseof30bpsfromthepreviousquarterandthelowestreportedquarterofvacancyoftheyear.

MilwaukeeWest,Kenosha,andRacinereportedthehighestvacancyratesofthequarter.Theyendedthequarterat14.5%,9.3%,and8.3%,respectively.TheWaukeshasubmarkets,Walworth,andSheboyganmaintainedthelowestvacancyrates,allreportingratesunder2%forQ4.

MilwaukeeSouthandWashingtonbothsawthelargestdropsinvacancythisquarter.VacancyinMilwaukeeSouthdropped90bpsto2.7%.Washingtonvacancysimilarlydropped90bpsto3.5%inQ4.
