为全面贯彻落实港湾建设集团“双提升”活动要求,加强技术质量体系标准化建设,实现施工工艺标准化,安全技术部整合现有资源,结合分公司实际情况,编制了《房屋建筑施工工艺标准化做法实施图集汇编》,形成具有分公司特色的施工现场标准化作业图集,规范提升分公司的现场标准化作业水平。

该汇编以规范化、标准化为出发点,力求统一性和可操作性,以实际工程中细部节点的典型做法为编写原则进行编写,内容共包括模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程、砌体工程、装饰装修工程、防水(防渗)工程、屋面工程、安装工程八大部分。旨在突出现有国家规范、标准中未表述或表述不清的典型做法,以及分公司所总结的具有很强实操性、可靠性、通用性的工艺做法。

由于时间仓促,编者水平有限,不妥之处恳请各单位在使用的过程中进行批评指正,我们收集反馈意见后,将及时修订完善,切切实实达到施工工艺标准化做法实施编制的初衷。施工工艺标准化做法实施图集目录第一章

钢筋工程11施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•钢筋工程标准要点:柱钢筋绑扎1、柱钢筋尺寸定位采用制作的柱筋定位框的方式进行,定位卡钢筋中心间距为定位钢筋直径加卡筋直径加3mm。2、当柱截面尺≤700mm×700mm时,采用Ⅰ型柱筋间距控制;当柱截面尺寸700—1200mm时,采用Ⅱ型柱筋间距控制;当大1200mm时,应对定位框刚度进行设计核算确定。

1、钢筋切口的端面应与轴线垂直,不得有马蹄形或弯曲,应采用砂轮切割机或用半圆型切割刀对钢筋端部切平。2、直螺纹加工完成后使用止规、通规进行抽查。3、检验合格的丝头应加以保护,在其端头加盖保护帽,按规格分类堆放整齐。4、钢筋直螺纹套筒采用管钳与力矩扳手进行施工,将两个丝头在套筒中间位置相互顶紧。15图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•钢筋工程标准要点:钢筋直螺纹验收1、现场检查直螺纹连接,连接充分拧紧,完毕后,两端外露丝扣均等,不得超过2个完整丝扣。2、连接强度采用力矩扳手进行检查。3、现场检查完的直螺纹接头应做好区分,对于检查合格的用黑色油性笔标注,对于检查不合格的用红色油性笔标注,不合格的直螺纹接头整改合格后重新用黑色笔标注。16验收的钢筋做好标记力矩扳手抽查验收力矩扳手图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•钢筋工程标准要点:钢筋成品保护1、严禁混凝土浇筑过程中踩踏钢筋,必须采用钢制马道行走,马凳尺寸为500×400mm,采用50×50mm方管焊接组装,表面喷涂防锈漆。2、定型化人行通道可有效的保护已绑扎好的顶板钢筋,同时方便作业人员行走、为施工提供便利,可周转使用。17成品方管马道图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•混凝土工程第三章

砌块工程26施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•砌块工程标准要点:构造柱节点做法1、填充墙构造柱两侧应砌成马牙槎,马牙槎凹凸尺寸不宜小于60mm,高度不宜超过300mm,马牙槎应先退后进,对称砌筑。2、构造柱支模前在两侧贴海绵条,底部用砂浆座浆,防止漏浆。3、模板加固采用对拉螺杆,对拉螺栓距离上下各

防水(防渗)工程37施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:外墙穿墙管道防渗漏1、外墙为砌体时,为保证穿墙套管节点的防渗漏效果,在管道位置必须用预制混凝土块代替砌块。不得在砌体墙上直接开洞。2、预制混凝土块强度等级C20,厚同墙厚,长、宽减去套管尺寸后均不得小于200mm,并符合砌块模数;预制混凝土块时须预埋套管,套管材质为金属或塑料,套管应内高外低,长度与装修完成后墙厚,两端与墙面齐平,预制混凝土块应标明内外,以免出错。3、对于小管径管道,其套管管径应比管道管径大两个规格;对于大管径管道,其套管管径应大于管道外径50mm。4、管道与管道之间的缝隙应用柔性阻燃材料密实填充,端部采用密封胶封闭严密,且端面应光滑,管道接口不得设在套管内。38图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集汇编•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:套管预埋防渗漏1、所有穿越地下室外墙的管道和管线及水池、屋面的管道均按刚性防水套管制作预埋,防水套管的规格要比实际管道的管径大2-3号。2、穿越人防楼板、人防墙体及人防扩散室等的管道、管线及测压管等应随结构预埋密闭套管,套管的预埋高度要跟图纸吻合。3、管道穿楼层处的钢套管,高出地坪(完成面)20mm。4、排水管穿楼板使用成品止水节预埋套管,取代了传统需要留洞,补洞(吊模)的复杂工序,完全解决了排水管安装必留预留洞施工繁琐的问题。安装较为方便快捷,省工,省料。39套管穿普通房间(楼板)示意图套管穿多水房间(楼板)示意图现场使用效果图止水节预埋套管图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:门窗塞缝防渗漏1、清理窗与墙体连接之间缝隙,应做到缝隙之间无木屑、碎砖头、包装纸等杂物,墙体基体表面应做到平整,对存在的墙体孔洞进行修复。2、窗下口及侧下方300mm范围内塞缝采用1:2干硬性水泥砂浆填塞,加5%防水剂(没有防水要求的门窗可不掺防水剂):砂浆塞逢时,应注意保证墙体基体为湿润,在填充时应不断进行砂浆的压实,以保证缝隙内饱满,不形成空鼓现象。3、窗上口及两侧边剩余部分采用聚氨酯发泡胶塞缝,发泡胶施打必须连续、饱满。40外窗四周缝隙填充示意图窗下口塞缝做法图示窗侧/上口塞缝做法施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:女儿墙防水收头1、防水卷材收头高度位置,一律要求在墙面留设凹槽。2、钢筋混凝土结构表面凹槽高60mm,深30mm;砌体表面凹槽高60mm,深60mm。3、防水卷材卷入凹槽内,用金属压条及水泥钉固定,嵌上密封材料。4、对于高度较小的突出物,不能满足防水卷材上卷高度的,可在突出物顶部平面上对卷材进行收头,卷材翻卷到平面的宽度≥100mm,用水泥钉和金属压条进行固定。41图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:出屋面管道收头做法1、卷材上返出屋面管道及设备基础的高度≥250mm。2、屋面防水卷材外墙上返高度≥250mm,并采用金属压条及水泥钉固定。3、上返高度250mm为装修做法层以上,防水卷材施工时需考虑后期装修做法高度。42图示施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:止水螺栓处防水做法1、剔除塑料垫块,割除多余螺杆将螺杆从凹的最深处割除。浇水湿润,清除孔内杂物。2、用防水砂浆封堵内外侧螺杆孔凹槽,并压实抹平。3、采用聚氨酯防水涂料进行外墙螺杆孔涂刷,涂刷分3次进行,第一遍为黑色,以螺杆孔中心涂刷160mm圆形状,第二遍为白色,以螺杆孔中心涂刷100mm圆形状,第三遍为红色,以螺杆孔中心涂刷60mm圆形状,聚氨酯涂刷厚度不小于1mm。4、普通内墙对拉螺栓(含地上外墙内侧)孔洞处理:将孔洞处理干净后,用高强发泡剂填充,孔洞面层均采用25mm厚1:2.5微膨胀水泥砂浆封堵平整。43螺栓孔封堵实物图示细部做法示意图三段式止水螺杆构件止水螺杆构件示意图施工工艺标准化做法实施图集•防水(防渗)工程标准要点:止水钢板节点1、

止水钢板转角位置,应采用成品构件。焊缝距离拐点或交点不小于
