**4.3.PackingList**

ThePackingListisadetaileddocumentthatprovidesinformationaboutthecontentsofashipment,includingthenumberofpackages,weight,dimensions,anddescriptionofeachitem.Itisusedbycustomsauthorities,carriers,andtheconsigneetoverifytheshipmentandensureproperhandling.ThePackingListshouldincludethefollowingdetails:

**4.4.CertificateofOrigin(C/O)**

TheCertificateofOriginisadocumentthatcertifiesthecountrywherethegoodswereproduced.Itisrequiredforcustomsclearanceandisusedtodeterminetheapplicabilityoftradeagreements,suchaspreferentialtariffsorquotas.TherearetwomaintypesofCertificatesofOrigin:
