影响高中生英语课堂交际意愿的教师因素研究Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoexploretheimpactofvariousteacherfactorsonhighschoolstudents'willingnesstocommunicateinEnglishclassrooms.Theresearchmethodologyemployedaquantitativeapproach,utilizingasurveytocollectdatafromasampleofhighschoolstudentsandtheirteachers.Thefindingsindicatethatseveralteachercharacteristicssignificantlyinfluencestudents'communicationwillingness,includingteacherenthusiasm,languageproficiency,classroommanagementskills,andperceivedteacher-studentrelationship.Thesefactorsnotonlydirectlyaffectstudents'willingnesstoparticipatebutalsohaveindirecteffectsontheirlearningoutcomes.Theimplicationsofthesefindingsforeducationalpracticearediscussed,highlightingtheimportanceofteacherdevelopmentandsupportinfosteringeffectivecommunicationenvironmentsinEnglishclassrooms.Introduction:TheimportanceofeffectivecommunicationintheEnglishclassroomcannotbeoverstated.Itisakeycomponentofstudentlearning,engagement,andretention.However,despitetherecognizedbenefits,manyhighschoolstudentsexhibitlowlevelsofclassroomcommunication.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetheinfluenceofvariousteacherfactorsonhighschoolstudents'willingnesstocommunicateinEnglishclassrooms.Methodology:Aquantitativeresearchdesignwasadopted,usingasurveytocollectdatafromasampleofhighschoolstudentsandtheirteachers.Thesurveyinstrumentincludedquestionsrelatedtotheteacher'steachingstyle,classroommanagementtechniques,languageproficiency,andperceptionsoftheteacher-studentrelationship.Datawereanalyzedusingdescriptivestatisticsandregressionanalysistoidentifysignificantrelationshipsbetweenteacherfactorsandstudents'willingnesstocommunicate.Results:Theresultsrevealedthatseveralteacherfactorssignificantlyinfluencedstudents'willingnesstocommunicateinEnglishclassrooms.Specifically,teacherswhodemonstratedenthusiasmforteaching,possessedadvancedlanguageproficiency,hadeffectiveclassroommanagementskills,andhadpositiveperceptionsoftheteacher-studentrelationshipweremorelikelytoencouragestudentparticipationandinteraction.Conversely,teacherswithlimitedenthusiasmorpoorlanguageproficiencywereassociatedwithlowerlevelsofstudentparticipation.Discussion:Theimplicationsofthesefindingsforeducationalpracticearesignificant.Theyunderscoretheneedforteacherdevelopmentandsupportinenhancingtheircommunicationskillsandclassroommanagementabilities.Additionally,theyhighlighttheimportanceofcreatingapositiveandsupportivelearningenvironmentwherestudentsfeelcomfortableexpressingthemselvesinEnglish.Finally,thestudysuggeststhateducatorsshouldfocusonbuildingstrongteacher-studentrelationshipstofacilitateeffectivecommunicationintheclassroom.Conclusion:Inconclusion,thisstudyhasshedlightonthecomplexinterplaybetweenteacherfactorsandhighschoolstudents'willingnesstocommunicateinEnglishclassrooms.Byunderstandingtheinfluenceofvariousteachercharacteristicsonstudentbehavior,educatorscandeveloptargetedinterventionstoenhancecommunicationskillsandoveralllearningoutcomes.Futureresearchcouldexploreadditionalteacherfactorsandconsiderothervariablessuchasculturalbackgroundandindividualdifferencesincommunicationstyles.Inconclusion,thisstudyhasshedlightonthecomplexinterplaybetweenteacherfactorsandhighschoolstudents'willingnesstocommunicateinEnglishclassrooms.Byunderstandingtheinfluenceofvariousteachercharacteristicsonstudentbehavior,educatorscandeveloptargetedinterventionstoenhancecommunicationskillsandoveralllearningoutcomes.Futureresearchcouldexploreadditionalteacherfactorsandconsiderothervariablessuchasculturalbackgroundandindividualdifferencesincommunicationstyles.Thisstudycontributestothegrowingbodyofliteratureoneducationalpsychologybyhighlightingtheimportanceofteacher-studentrelationshipsinfosteringeffectivecommunicationintheclassroom.Italsounderscorestheneedforongoingprofessionaldevelopmentforteacherstoimprovetheirteachingmethodsandenhancetheirabilitytoengagestudentsinmeaningfuldiscussions.Aseducatorscontinuetostrivetowardscreatingamoreinteractiveandengaginglearningenvironment,itiscrucialthattheyprioritizethedevelopmentofthei
