初中英语教学中非连续性文本使用现状的调查研究Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecurrentuseofnon-continuoustextsinjuniorhighschoolEnglishteaching.Theresearchmethodologyemployedisamixed-methodsapproach,combiningbothquantitativeandqualitativedatacollectiontechniques.Thestudyfocusesonthefrequencyofnon-continuoustextsusedinEnglishclasses,thetypesofnon-continuoustextsemployed,andtheeffectivenessofthesetextsinenhancingstudents'Englishlearningoutcomes.Theresultsofthestudyrevealthatwhilenon-continuoustextsarenotextensivelyusedinEnglishteaching,theyhavebeenincorporatedintosomeclassroomactivitiestoenhancestudentengagementandmotivation.However,furtherexplorationisneededtodeterminetheirpotentialimpactonstudents'languageskillsdevelopment.Introduction:Theuseofnon-continuoustextsineducationhasgainedincreasingattentioninrecentyearsduetoitspotentialtoenhancestudentengagementandmotivation.Inthisstudy,weaimtoinvestigatethecurrentuseofnon-continuoustextsinjuniorhighschoolEnglishteaching.Wewillexaminethefrequencyoftheiruse,thetypesofnon-continuoustextsemployed,andtheireffectivenessinimprovingstudents'Englishlearningoutcomes.Methodology:Toachieveourobjectives,weconductedamixed-methodsstudyusingbothquantitativeandqualitativedatacollectiontechniques.Thequantitativedatawascollectedthroughasurveyquestionnairedistributedto100randomlyselectedjuniorhighschoolteachersacrossdifferentregions.Thequestionnaireincludedquestionsaboutthefrequencyofnon-continuoustextsusedintheirEnglishclasses,thetypesofnon-continuoustextsemployed,andtheirperceivedeffectivenessinenhancingstudents'Englishlearningoutcomes.Additionally,weconductedsemi-structuredinterviewswith20teacherswhohadpreviouslyparticipatedinthesurveytogaindeeperinsightsintotheirexperiencesandperspectives.Results:Theresultsofthesurveyrevealedthatwhilenon-continuoustextsarenotextensivelyusedinEnglishteaching,theyhavebeenincorporatedintosomeclassroomactivitiestoenhancestudentengagementandmotivation.Forexample,teachersreportedusingnon-continuoustextssuchasvideos,interactivegames,andmultimediapresentationsduringclassdiscussionsandactivities.Thetypesofnon-continuoustextsmostfrequentlyusedwerevideosandmultimediapresentations,followedbyinteractivegamesandonlineresources.Theinterviewfindingsindicatedthatwhilesometeachersfoundnon-continuoustextstobeeffectiveinenhancingstudentengagementandmotivation,othersexpressedconcernsaboutthelackofstructureandguidancerequiredforeffectiveuseofthesetexts.Someteachersalsomentionedthattheimplementationofnon-continuoustextsrequiresadditionaltimeandresources,whichmaylimittheiravailabilityinsomeclassrooms.Discussion:Thefindingsofthisstudysuggestthatwhilenon-continuoustextscanbeusefultoolsforenhancingstudentengagementandmotivationinEnglishteaching,theyrequirecarefulconsiderationandappropriateimplementationstrategies.Itisessentialforteacherstodevelopclearguidelinesandexpectationsfortheuseofnon-continuoustexts,ensuringthattheyareintegratedeffectivelyintothecurriculumwithoutcompromisingthequalityofinstruction.Additionally,itisimportantforschoolstoinvestinthenecessaryresourcesandtechnologytosupporttheuseofnon-continuoustexts,particularlyinremoteorunderresourcedareas.Conclusion:Inconclusion,thisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintothecurrentuseofnon-continuoustextsinjuniorhighschoolEnglishteaching.Whilenon-continuoustextshavebeenincorporatedintosomeclassroomactivitiestoenhancestudentengagementandmotivation,furtherexplorationisneededtodeterminetheirpotentialimpactonstudents'languageskillsdevelopment.Futureresearchshouldfocusondevelopingeffectivestrategiesforintegratingnon-continuoustextsintothecurriculum,ensuringthattheyareusedinawaythatmaximizestheirbenefitswhileminimizinganynegativeeffects.Inconclusion,thisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintothecurrentuseofnon-continuoustextsinjuniorhighschoolEnglishteaching.Whilenon-continuoustextshavebeenincorporatedintosomeclassroomactivitiestoenhancestudentengagementandmotivation,furtherexplorationisneededtodeterminetheirpotentialimpactonstudents'languageskillsdevelopment.Futureresearchshouldfocusondevelopingeffectivestrategiesforintegratingnon-continuoustextsintothecurriculum,ensuringthattheyareusedinawaythatmaximizestheirbenefitswhileminimizinganynegativeeffects.Throughthisresearch,wehopetocontributetotheongoingdebateontheroleoftechnologyineducation,particularlyinthecontextofEnglishlanguagelearning.Aseducatorscontinuetoexplorenewwaystoengageandmotivatestudents,itisessent
