21(3)Theremittingbankissuesapaymentordertoitsbranchorcorrespondentbankintheplacewherethebeneficiaryisdomiciled.Thepaymentorderspecifiesthedetailsofthepaymentincludingamount,nameandaddressofbeneficiary,andnameoftheremitter.

22(4)Uponreceiptofthepaymentorder,thepayingbankverifiestheauthorizedsignatures,notifiesthebeneficiary,andpaystohimthestatedamountminusexpenseschargedbyitself.

23(5)Thepayingbankclaimsreimbursementfromtheremittingbankinaccordancewiththelatter’sinstructions.
