高中生英语学习策略和毅力与英语成绩的相关性研究Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenstudystrategies,perseverance,andEnglishacademicperformanceamonghighschoolstudents.Theresearchmethodologyemployedaquantitativeapproach,utilizingasampleof100highschoolstudentsfromvariousregionsacrossthecountry.Thedatawascollectedthroughaself-administeredquestionnairethatassessedtheparticipants'studyhabits,levelsofperseverance,andtheirEnglishproficiency.Thefindingsrevealedthateffectivestudystrategies,coupledwithastrongworkethic,significantlycontributetohigherEnglishacademicperformance.Introduction:Highschoolisacriticalphaseintheeducationaljourneyformanystudents,asitmarksthetransitionfromelementaryschooltocollegeoruniversity.English,beingoneofthemostwidelytaughtsubjectsinhighschool,playsacrucialroleinshapingstudents'academicandprofessionalfutures.However,theeffectivenessoflearningEnglishoftenhingesonseveralfactors,includingstudystrategies,perseverance,andotherindividualattributes.ThisstudyseekstoexploretherelationshipbetweenthesevariablesandtheirimpactonEnglishacademicperformance.Methodology:Theresearchutilizedaquantitativedesign,employingaself-administeredquestionnairetocollectdatafrom100highschoolstudentsacrossdifferentregions.Thequestionnaireincludedquestionsaboutthestudents'studyhabits,levelsofperseverance,andtheirEnglishproficiency.Thedatawasanalyzedusingstatisticalsoftwaretoidentifyanysignificantcorrelationsbetweenthevariables.Findings:TheresultsindicatedthatstudentswhoemployedeffectivestudystrategiesandmaintainedastrongworkethichadsignificantlyhigherEnglishacademicperformancecomparedtothosewhodidnot.Specifically,studentswhousedactivelearningtechniquessuchassummarizingkeypoints,creatingflashcards,andparticipatingingroupdiscussionsreportedbetterretentionandcomprehensionofthesubjectmatter.Additionally,studentswhodemonstratedresilienceinthefaceofchallengesandsetbacksweremorelikelytoachievetheiracademicgoals.Discussion:ThefindingsofthisstudyunderscoretheimportanceofdevelopingeffectivestudystrategiesandfosteringperseveranceasessentialcomponentsofhighschoolEnglisheducation.Theseskillsnotonlyenhancestudents'academicperformancebutalsopreparethemforfuturesuccessintheirchosencareerpaths.Itiscrucialforeducatorstorecognizetheinterplaybetweenstudystrategies,perseverance,andEnglishproficiency,andtoincorporatetheseelementsintotheirteachingpractices.Conclusion:Inconclusion,thisstudyhighlightsthepositivecorrelationbetweenstudystrategies,perseverance,andEnglishacademicperformanceamonghighschoolstudents.Byunderstandingandincorporatingthesefactorsintotheirlearningprocess,studentscanoptimizetheirchancesofachievingtheiracademicgoalsandpreparingthemselvesforfuturesuccess.Therefore,educatorsshouldfocusonfosteringasupportiveenvironmentthatencouragesstudentstoadopteffectivestudystrategiesandmaintainastrongworkethic,therebyenhancingtheirEnglishacademicperformance.Inconclusion,thisstudyhighlightsthepositivecorrelationbetweenstudystrategies,perseverance,andEnglishacademicperformanceamonghighschoolstudents.Byunderstandingandincorporatingthesefactorsintotheirlearningprocess,studentscanoptimizetheirchancesofachievingtheiracademicgoalsandpreparingthemselvesforfuturesuccess.Therefore,educatorsshouldfocusonfosteringasupportiveenvironmentthatencouragesstudentstoadopteffectivestudystrategiesandmaintainastrongworkethic,therebyenhancingtheirEnglishacademicperformance.Thisresearchcontributestotheexistingbodyofknowledgebyprovidingempiricalevidenceoftherelationshipbetweenstudystrategies,perseverance,andEnglishacademicperformance.Italsoofferspracticalinsightsforeducatorsandparentswhoareconcerned
