•Whilethepolicyadjustmentappearstoeasetradetensionsonthesurface,itreflectsEurope’sclearindustrial-protection

logic.Itnotonlyplacessignificantconstraintsonthetraditional‘highvalue-for-money’market-entrystrategyofChineseOEMsbutalsoacceleratestheshiftinChina-EUautomotivecompetitionfroma‘pricewar’toa‘technologywar’.Withinthisnewcompetitivecycle,thepricethresholdprovidesEuropeanOEMswithavaluablebufferperiod,enablingthemtospeeduptechnologyupgradesandstrengthenproductcompetitiveness.

•The100%Section301tariffisthemostcentralandtargetedU.S.tradebarrieragainstChineseNEVs.Ontopofthis,the
