,防腐涂料涂刷和防水密封材料敷设应完整,连接件数量、间距符合设计及国家有关规定要求。Colorsteelplateshouldbefixedandstablewithoutloose,anticorrosioncoatingsandwaterproofsealingmaterialcoatingsshouldbeintact,quantityandspacingofjointmembersshouldbeinaccordancewithrelevantnationalregulations.(5)彩钢板安装工程的允许偏差项目和检查方法见下表:Allowabledeviationandexaminingmethodofinstallationconstructionofcolorsteelplate,seethefollowingtable:项目Item允许偏差AllowableDeviation(mm)检查方法InspectionMethod屋面Roof檐口与屋脊的平行度Parallelismofcorniceandridge10.0用拉线和钢尺检查Withpullingwireandsteelruler彩钢板波纹对屋脊的垂直度VerticalityofrippleofcolorsteelplatetoridgeL/100020.0檐口相邻两块彩钢板端部错位Dislocationofbothendsoftwoadjacentcolorsteelplatesoncornice5.0彩钢板卷边板件最大波高Maxwaveheightofcurlingpanelofcolorsteelplate3.0墙面Wallsurface墙面板波纹线的垂直度VerticalityofwavemoldingofwallboardH/100020.0用吊线和钢尺检查withhangelineandsteelruler墙面包角板的垂直度VerticalityofwrapangleplateofwallsurfaceH/100020.0相邻两块彩钢板的下端错位Dislocationofbottomoftwoadjacentcolorsteelplates5.0用钢尺检查Withsteelruler注:L为屋面半坡度或单坡长度;H为墙面高度Note:Lishalf-slopeofrooforlengthofsingleslope;Hisheightofwallsurface.19、涂饰工程coatingwork19.1涂料饰面工程施工作业条件workcondition19.1.1涂料饰面工程应在抹灰工程、地面工程、木装饰工程、门窗工程、水、电气安装工程等全部完成后,并在清洁干净的环境下施工。Paintfinishesworkshouldbeafterplasteringworksprojects,decorativeworks,doorsandwindowswork,water,andelectricalinstallation,andsoon,anditshouldbedoneundercleanenvironment.19.1.2基体表面干燥,平整,干净无油污、无浮尘。混凝土或抹灰基层含水率不得大于10%,木材基层的含水率不得大于12%。Thesurfacemustbedry,smooth,oil-free,anddust-free.Andwatercontentofconcreteorplastershouldbelessthan10%,andthatofwoodmaterialshouldnotbemorethan12%.19.1.3晴天、无风、气温应在摄氏零上5~35℃之间。冬季应有采暖保温、防冻措施。Sunny,non-wind,andthetemperaturemustbebetween5~35℃.Andtakemeasureinwinterconstruction.19.1.4材料计划拟定,工具齐备,先期材料充足。Planoutmaterialpurchase,andthetoolandmaterialmustbesufficient.19.1.5设备调试政党完好,辅助工具已备。仓储地点落实。Afteradjustment,preparetheaccessorytools.Fixthelocationofwarehouse.19.1.6制度基本配置到位到岗。Thesystemmustbeperfect.19.1.7样板、设计要求已得到有关部门确认。Sample,designshouldbeqpprovedbyrelevantdepartment.19.1.8不涂饰部位已作好保护措施。Takeprotectionmeasureonthepositionthatthereisnoneedtocoating.19.2水性涂料饰面工程施工工艺要点keypoint:工艺流程:基层清理—嵌、批腻子—磨砂纸—封底涂料—饰面涂料(喷、滚、刷等)—完工保护—检验合格。Processflow:foundationclean-putty-paper-bottomsealingcoating-surfacecoating-protection-acceptance19.3溶剂型涂料饰面工程施工工艺要点Keypointsofconstructiontechnologyofsolventbasedcoatingfinish工艺流程:基体清理—嵌、批腻子—磨砂纸—刷底涂料—涂面层涂料等工艺过程。有的工序须往返几次重复。Processflow:foundationclean-putty-paper-bottomcoating-surfacecoating20、给排水施工技术方案watersupplyPP-Rpipeconstructiontechnicalproject20.1一般规定generalregulations20.1.1管道在安装施工前,应具备下列条件:Beforetheconstructionofthepipe,thefollowingessentialrequirementsshouldbesatisfied:施工图纸及其它技术文件齐全,且已进行图纸技术交底,满足施工要求;Constructionblueprintandothertechnicaldocumentsshouldbecomplete,andtheblueprinttechniquesshouldbefullyexposedtoeachotherandsatisfytherequirementsoftheconstruction.施工方案、施工技术、材料机具供应等能保证正常施工;Theconstructionproject,constructiontechnologyandadequatesupplyofthematerialsandmachinescanensurethenormalconstruction施工人员已通过PP-R管道安装的技术培训。PeopleinvolvedintheconstructionshouldpassthetechnicaltrainingofthePP-Rpipeinstallation.20.1.2提供的管材和管件应符合设计规定,并附有产品说明书和质量合格证书。Thematerialsuppliedshouldaccordwiththerequirementsinthedesign.Alsotheinstructionandqualificationcertificateshouldbeattached.20.1.3不得使用有损坏迹象的材料。如发现管道质量有异常,应在使用前进行复检。Thosematerialsthatshowdamagedsignsshouldnotbeused.Ifthepipequalityisfoundtobeabnormal,reexaminationshouldbeconductedbeforetheuse.20.1.4管道系统安装过程中的开口处应及时封堵,以免管道堵塞造成不必要的浪费。Theopeningthatleftaftertheinstallationofthepipesystemshouldbeblockedintime,orthepipeitselfmaybeblocked,thuscausesomeunessentialwaste.20.1.5施工安装时应复核冷、热水管压力等级和使用场合。管道标记应面向外侧,处于显眼位置。Duringtheconstruction,thecoldwaterandhotwaterpipe,thepressuredegreeandtheconditionwhenusingshouldbereexamined.Thepipesignshouldbeplacedfacingoutsideinalocationthatiseasytobeseen20.2管道敷设安装pipelayinginstallation20.2.1管道嵌墙暗敷时,宜配合土建预留凹槽,其尺寸设计无规定时,嵌墙暗管墙槽尺寸的深度为管径+20mm,宽度为管径+40-60mm。凹槽表面必须平整,不得有尖角等突出物,管道试压合格后,墙槽用M7.5级水泥砂浆填补密实,其表面砂浆(包括粉浆)的厚度不宜小于30mm,否则由于管道的热胀冷缩的因素,会造成墙面开裂,特别是热水管应严格掌握。Whenthepipeshouldbesetinthewall,someconcavitiesshouldbeleftbeforehandfortheconstruction.Ifthereisnoruleonthesizeoftheconcavity,thedepthshouldbeDe+20mmandthewidthshouldbeDe+40-60mm.Thesurfaceoftheconcavityshouldbesmoothwithoutanythingprotrudingout.Afterthepressuretestisuptothestandard,thecrackinthewallshouldbeblockedwithM7.5cementsandliquid.Theliquidonthesurfaceshouldbethickerthan30mm,orthewallmaycrackbecauseitwillexpandwithheatandcontractwithcold,andspecialattentionshouldbepaidtothehotwaterpipe.20.2.2管道安装时,不得有轴向扭曲,穿墙或穿楼板时,不宜强制校正。PP-R管与其它金属管道平行敷设时应有一定的保护距离,净距离不宜小于100mm,且PP-R管宜于在金属管道的内侧。Wheninstalling,nodeviationisallowedintheaxialdirection.Whenpenetratingthewallandfloor,itisbetternottoadjustitbyforce.WhenPP-Rpipeparallelswithothermetalpipes,somespaceshouldbereserved.Thenetdistanceshouldbenolessthan100mm,andthePP-Rpipeshouldbeplacedbehindthemetalpipe.20.2.3室内明装管道,宜在土建粉饰完毕后进行,安装前应配合土建正确预留空洞或预埋套管。Ifthepipeistobeplacedintheroom,itisbettertoinstallafterthewhitewash.Also,beforetheinstallationsomeholeshouldbereservedandsomecasingpipesshouldbeburiedbeforehand.20.2.4管道穿越楼板时,应设置钢套管,管套高出地面20mm,并有放水措施。管道传阅层面时,应采取严格的防水措施。传阅前端应固定支架,目的是防止管道变形,造成传阅管道与套管间松动,产生渗漏。Whenthepipeistopenetratethefloor,steelcasingpipeshouldbeplaced.Thesteelcasingpipeshouldbe20mmhigherthantheflooranditshouldhavemeasuresforthewater’sdraw-off,alsowaterproofmeasuresshouldbeveryrigidlyobeyedwhenthepipeistopenetratethefloor.Beforepenetrating,somesupportshouldbefixedfirstwiththeaimtoprotectingitfromchangingtheformthatmayleadtotheleakage.20.2.5热水管道穿越墙壁时,应配合土建设置钢套管,主要是让热水管能自由伸缩;冷水管穿墙时,可预留洞,洞口尺寸较外径大50mm。Whenthehotwaterpipeistopenetratethewall,asteelcasingpipeshouldbefixedsoastomakethewaterpipeextendanddrawbackfreely.Whenthecoldwaterpipeistopenetratethewall,aholeshouldbereserved.Thediameteroftheholeshouldbe50mmlargerthanthatofthewaterpipe.20.2.6直埋在地平面层以及墙体内的管道,应在封闭前做好试压和隐蔽工程的验收记录工作。Forthosepipes,placedonthesurfaceandburiedinthewalls,theexaminingandrecordingworkofthepressuretestandconcealingshouldbefinishedbeforetheseal.20.2.7建筑物埋地引入管和室内埋地管敷设要求如下:Therequirementsforthelayingoftheburied-pipeunderthegroundandfloorsareasfollows:室内地坪±0.00以下管道铺设宜分两段进行。先进行±0.00以下至基础墙外壁段的铺设,待土建施工结束后,再进行户外连接管的铺设;Thelayingofthepipesintheroomfloorbelow±0.00shouldbeconductedintwostages.Firstthepipeswhicharetobeplacedfromtheground±0.00tothefoundationofthebuildingshouldbelaid,thenaftertheconstructionisfinished,thepipeswhicharetobeplacedoutsidethebuildingshouldbeconnectedtotheonesintheroom.室内地坪以下管道铺设应在土建工程回填土夯实以后,重新开挖进行.严禁在回填土之前或未经夯实的土层中铺设;Thelayingofthepipesinsidetheroomshouldbeconductedafterthetighteningofthesoilandrediggingofthesoil.Layingbeforethefillingofthesoilandtighteningshouldbeforbidden.铺设管道的沟底应平整,不得有突出的坚硬物体。土壤的颗粒径不宜大于12mm,必要时可铺100mm厚的砂垫层;Thebottomoftheditchthatlaythepipesshouldbeassmoothaspossible,withoutanythingpiercingout.Thediameterofthesoilshouldbelessthan12mm,100mmdepthofsandlayercanbeplacedifnecessary;埋地管道回填时,管周回填土不得夹杂坚硬物与管壁接触。应先用砂土或颗粒径不大于12mm的土壤回填至管顶上侧300mm处,经夯实后方可回填原土。室内埋地管道的埋置深度不宜小于300mm;Whenfillingbackthesoilafterthepipelaying,thereshouldbenothingsolidandhardinthesoilaroundthepipe.Sandysoilorsoilwiththediameteroflessthan12mmshouldfirstbefilleduptothe300mmabovethepipetop.Theoriginalearthcanbefilledafterthetightening.Theburying-depthoftheinside-roompipelayingshouldbenolessthan300mm.管道出地坪处应设置护管,其高度应高出地坪100mm;Protectingpipesshouldbeplacedwhenthepipesaretopenetratetheearth.Theheightoftheprotectingpipeshouldbe100mmabovethesurface.管道在穿基础墙时,应设置金属套管。套管与基础墙预留孔上方的净空高度,若设计无规定时不应小于100mm;Whenpenetratingthewall,metalcasingpipesshouldbeplacedtoprotectthepipe.Thenetheightfromthereservedholeinthewalltothecasingpipe,whennoregulationsareset,shouldbemorethan100mm.管道在穿越街坊道路,覆土厚度小于700mm时,应采用严格的保护措施。Whencrossingthestreet,thedepthofthesoilcoveredonthepipeshouldbelessthan700mmandrigidprotectionmeasuresshouldbeadopted.20.3试压pressuretest管道系统试压分为强度试压和严密性试压两个步骤。强度试压时,冷水管和热水管分别按照1.5倍和2倍的最大工作压力试压,时间不少于1小时,压力表设在系统最低处;严密性试验时间为2小时,试验压力为最大工作压力的1.15倍。考虑到PP-R管道的特性,对最低强度试验压力,冷水管规定不小于1.0Mpa,冷水管不小于1.5Mpa。Thepressuretestofthepipesystemiscomposedoftwostages:strengthpressuretestandtighteningpressuretest.Duringthestrengthpressuretest,coldwaterpipeandhotwaterpiperespectivelyshouldbepressuredunder1.5timesandtwiceasstrongasthelargestworkingpressureforasleast1hour,withthemanometerinthelowestcondition.Thetighteningpressuretestshouldlast2hours,withthepressuretimesasstrongasthelargestworkingpressure.GiventhespecificpropertyofthePP-Rpipe,whentestingthelowestpressure,coldwaterpipeshouldbenolessthan1.0Mpawhilehotwaterpipeshouldbenolessthan1.5Mpa.注意事项:系统强度试压时,不包括用水设备,如水嘴、浮球阀等,试压时这些带金属嵌件连接部位,可用耐压的塑料堵头临时封堵。还须注意装卸时,不要用力过猛,以免损伤丝扣配件,造成连接处渗漏。严密性试验时,应当把水嘴等用水设备全部装上,以检查整个系统的可靠性.Thefollowingshouldbepaidspecialattention:Duringthesystem’sstrengthpressuretest,somewateringappliancesarenotincluded,suchaswatermouthandfloatingballvalveetc..Theseconnectingpartswithmetalsparesshouldbetemporarilyblockedwithplasticblockadesthatcanstandstrongpressure.Moreover,whenassemblinganddisassembling,theyshouldbetreatedmildlyinordernottodamagethethreadbucklefittingsthatmayleadtotheleakagebetweenthejoints.Duringthetighteningpressuretest,thewateringappliancessuchaswatermouthshouldbeequippedsoastotesttheliabilityofthewholesystem.20.3.1冷水管试压力,应为管道系统工作压力的1.5倍,但不得小于1.0Mpa。Whenthecoldwaterpipeistobetested,thepressureshouldbe1.5timesasstrongastheworkingpressureofthepipesystemanditshouldnotbelessthan1.0Mpa.20.3.2热水管试压力,应为管道系统工作压力的2.0倍,但不得小于1.5Mpa。Whenthehotwaterpipeistobetested,thepressureshouldbetwiceasstrongastheworkingpressureofthepipesystemanditshouldnotbelessthan1.5Mpa.20.3.3管道水压试验就符合下列规定:Thefollowingregulationsshouldbeobeyedduringthepipe’shydraulicpressuretest:热熔连接管道,水压试验时间应在24h后进行Ifthepipesareconnectedthroughmelting,thehydraulicpressuretestshouldbeconductedafter24hours.水压试验之前,管道应固定,接头须明露;Beforethetest,pipesshouldbefixedandthejointshouldbeopposedoutside.管道注满水后,先排出管道内空气,进行水密性检查;Afterthepipeisfloodedwithwater,theairshouldfirstbeemptiedsoastocarryouttheleakagetest.加压宜用手动泵,升压时间不小于10min,测定仪器的压力精度为0.01Mpa;至规定试验压力,稳压1h,测试压力降不得超过0.06Mpa;Whenraisingthepressure,manualpumpispreferred.Theti
