前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T46089《输送机械检查与维护规范》的第4部分。GB/T46089已经发布了以下
部分:
——第1部分:带式输送机;
——第2部分:刮板输送机;
——第3部分:螺旋输送机;
——第4部分:斗式提升机。
请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。
本文件由中国机械工业联合会提出。
本文件由全国连续搬运机械标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC331)归口。

引言
输送机械是连续搬运装备使用最为广泛的产品,近年来,随着国民经济的高速发展,大量输送机械
投入运营使用,且随着设备的使用时间越来越长,加强其检查与维护工作,确保设备安全稳定运行越来
越重要,尤其是很多港口、矿山等使用的输送设备,如因检查与维护工作不及时、不到位,造成设备故障
或安全事故的发生,将严重影响生产工作的有序开展。做好输送机械的检查与维护工作,意义重大。
目前各使用单位对输送机械的检查与维护工作也越来越重视,且已形成大规模的市场需求。因此,为
规范输送机械的检查与维护工作,促进行业安全健康发展,迫切需要加强输送机械的检查与维护标准
的制定。GB/T46089《输送机械检查与维护规范》分为四个部分。
——第1部分:带式输送机。目的是规定带式输送机在使用过程中应进行的检查与维护方面的基
本要求。
——第2部分:刮板输送机。目的是规定刮板输送机在使用过程中应进行的检查与维护方面的基
本要求。
——第3部分:螺旋输送机。目的是规定螺旋输送机在使用过程中应进行的检查与维护方面的基
本要求。
——第4部分:斗式提升机。目的是规定斗式提升机在使用过程中应进行的检查与维护方面的基
本要求。
斗式提升机是主要的、应用广泛的连续输送设备,也是典型的散状物料输送设备,广泛应用在电
力、矿山、食品、化工等各个工业领域,且在各行业的输送系统中起着至关重要的作用。因此,保证斗式
提升机的安全稳定运行至关重要。本文件旨在从设备检查和维护方面入手,采取主动措施,预防安全
事故的发生,达到降低风险的目的,符合国家安全和健康和可持续发展的战略。
本文件的制定为斗式提升机的检查和维护工作提供量化性指标和标准依据,指导使用单位通过科
学、合理、及时的检查维护,保障斗式提升机设备稳定运行、延长设备使用寿命、降低安全事故发生几
率、保证相关运维作业人员的生命和财产安全。
本文件的有效实施,能解决斗式提升机使用维护过程中无标准、无规范可依的现状,同时可支撑斗
式提升机行业的高质量发展。

第4部分:斗式提升机
1范围
本文件规定了GB/T14521所定义的斗式提升机在使用过程中应进行的检查与维护方面的基本
要求和证实方法。
本文件适用于GB/T14521规定的斗式提升机。
本文件不适用于爆炸性环境下使用的斗式提升机,其他类型的斗式输送机参考本文件执行。
