附录BZLJ16摆臂式自装卸垃圾车随着经济的发展，城市规模不断扩大，城市人口不断快速增长，城市垃圾量急剧上升，其处理越来越受到重视。城市固体垃圾处理方法有三种形式：分类回收，焚烧和填埋。不论采用哪种处理方式，其最终处理场所均需远离城市居民区。垃圾转运车担当着将每日上千吨的固体垃圾从城市运至远离城市居民区的垃圾处理厂的重任。ZLJ16摆臂式自装卸垃圾转运车是车，箱分离式的垃圾集运车辆，主要用于大中城市固体生活垃圾的收集和运输，它是与城市固体垃圾成套转运设备的的垃圾压装机配套使用的产品。松散垃圾经垃圾压装机压缩后，体积大为减小，然后再装箱转运，可有效提高转运效率。ZLJ摆臂式自装卸垃圾车由汽车底盘，自装卸系统和垃圾箱三大部分组成。1.汽车底盘采用斯太尔1491.280/043/6x4载货汽车二类底盘，维修性和互换性能良好。其等级公路最大总质量3.2t，最高车速85km/h。根据用户需要可选用其他通用底盘。2.自装卸系统自装卸系统为顺装伸缩臂式，全液压驱动，液压系统压力为32MPa。采用液控比例操纵（驾驶室内）和直接操纵（驾驶室外）2种操纵方式。自装卸系统通过副车架安装在汽车底盘的大梁上。自装卸系统设有能够反转可伸缩的两节箱“L”形伸缩臂以及举升油缸和伸缩油缸，在车架的后上方的副梁上装有一个稳定油缸，用以提高整车的纵向稳定性。该车自装卸系统的取力方式为变速箱底取力。3.垃圾集装箱ZLJ16摆臂式自装卸垃圾车配置的垃圾箱为带“A”形提升架的专用垃圾集装箱。接口尺寸采用DIN标准。箱体外侧焊有梯形加强筋。垃圾箱下部焊装有2条符合DIN标准的纵向耐用滑轨，与车尾两侧的承重滚轮相配合，可实现垃圾箱平滑省力的装卸作业。垃圾箱后部设有可自动和手动开闭的掀臂式箱门。ZLJ16摆臂式自装卸垃圾车的垃圾集装箱的自装卸过程如下：吊装垃圾集装箱时，先操纵伸缩油缸，使伸缩臂伸出，至“L”形伸缩臂的吊钩略低于垃圾集装箱吊环的高度后，适当倒车使吊钩钩住垃圾集装箱吊环。继续操纵举升油缸，使垃圾集装箱底部导轨进入车尾部导向滚轮内，绕导向轮转动，使举升邮缸全部回缩到位，垃圾集装箱在车架上处于水平位置。再操纵伸缩油缸，使伸缩臂伸出，将集装箱向前推至托
