洛阳牡丹文化节汉译英

1、 洛阳牡丹花会，全国四大名会之一，始于1983年，已经成功举办29届。2010年11月，经文化部正式批准，洛阳牡丹花会升格为国家级节会，更名为“中国洛阳牡丹文化节”，由文化部和河南省人民政府主办。在洛阳中国国花园，牡丹绵延数公里，或怒放、或含苞，喜迎四方宾朋，节会持续一个多月。2011年第29届洛阳牡丹文化节在北京市和上海市同时设分会场，举办丰富多彩的节会活动。 1982年9月21日,洛阳市人大常委会通过决议，将牡丹花作为洛阳市“市花”，每年根据牡丹开放情况于4月某日至5月某日举办洛阳牡丹花会。从1983年至今（2011年），洛阳已连续成功地举办了29届牡丹花会。二十多年来,市委、市政府坚持贯
