5、 lifting the transformer body. All lifting rope length and stress must be equal. The angle between lifting rope and vertical line is not bigger than 30. Keep the transformer body stable and no-incline when lifting1.2 利用千斤顶支撑起主体时，所有千斤顶支架要同时受力，各千斤顶的升降要同步，速度要均匀。1.2 All jacks should be stressed simultan

6、eously when supporting the transformer body. Elevation and descending of all jacks should be simultaneous, and the speed should be uniform.2 变压器的运输2 Transportation of transformer2.1 变压器本体运输2.1 Transportation of transformer main body2.1.1变压器本体无论铁路运输、汽车运输、人工辊杠载运及水运，变压器都要可靠固定，不得有移位，整个运输过程中都应遵守表1规定，并且在油

7、箱上装设冲击记录仪，该记录仪记录变压器从制造厂运输到现场的过程中受到冲击的情况。2.1.1 The transformer is fixed reliably during transportation, the displacement is not allowed, and the transportation should obey rules as table 1. On the tank there is impact recorder, which records impact state from manufacturer to installation site.表1：变压器运

All

10、sealing parts are all right and no-leakage.2） 充氮运输Transportation with N2油箱内充入高浓度干燥氮气（纯度99.9%），箱内压力达0.02-0.03MPa，在产品运输过程中氮气压力低于0.02 MPa时应补充氮气，当氮气压力高于0.03 MPa时应放气，若因温差较大的原因允许最低氮气压力0.015 MPa；最高氮气压力0.035 Mpa。Transformer is filled with N2 during transformation (purity is bigger than 99.9%), The initial p

11、ositive pressure in the tank shall keep between 0.02 and 0.03 MPa, N2 should be supplied when the pressure value is less than 0.02MPa during transformation, N2 should be vent when the pressure value is bigger than 0.03MPa, the permitted minimal N2 pressure is 0.015MPa, the permitted maximum N2 press

12、ure is 0.035MPa.2.2 变压器组件、附件运输2.2 Transportation of components and accessories2.2.1不能与变压器主体一起运输的组部件、附件，均按拆卸一览表拆卸，按装箱单装箱后单独运输。2.2.1 The accessories that do not permitted transportation together with main body should disassemble and transport according to package list. 2.2.2单独包装运输的套管，注意包装箱不得承受过大的冲击力，要

13、在车中可靠固定。2.2.2 The bushings are transported in their primary packages. Should fix reliably in order to avoid impact during transportation. 2.2.3带有绝缘件的零部件应充油运输，所使用的变压器油必须为合格油。2.2.3 The insulation parts are transported with qualified oil.3 变压器的检查及验收3 Inspection and acceptance of the transformer 3.1 主体验

14、收3.1 Inspection and acceptance of main body用户收到变压器后，应验证产品铭牌及合格证书是否与订货合同规定的型号相一致，然后进行下列一般性检查、记录。After receiving the transformer, at first check whether it is conformity with the contract according to the nameplate and other documents, then make the following general check.3.1.1检查变压器主体有无损伤、变形、开裂等现象，检查

15、变压器主体与运输车之间包括限位块是否移位或破坏，固定用的钢丝绳是否拉断现象，是否有明显的撞击和其它损伤；如果发现有设备损坏的迹象（由设备外观情况看），应停止卸货，并将情况通知运输部门和制造厂，以便及时查找原因，明确责任，研究处理。3.1.1 Check whether the transformer is damaged and deformed or not, check whether the position blocks between main body and transportation vehicle are displaced or not, check whether al

16、l fastening ropes are loosen or not, if the abnormal evidence occurred, should stop unload and inform manufacturer and transportation department in order to solve them in time.3.1.2检查氮气压力是否在2.1.2.2条规定的范围之内。3.1.2 Check the N2 pressure according to 2.1.2.2.3.1.3检查冲击记录仪的记录是否在表1规定的范围之内。3.1.3 Check recor

17、d of impact recorder according to table 1.3.1.4按出厂技术文件记录，查对制造厂给出用户的出厂技术文件是否齐全完整。3.1.4 Check whether the ex-factory document is complete or not.3.2 附件验收3.2 Inspection and acceptance of accessories3.2.1变压器的附件、备件运到现场后，立即通知制造厂参加清点入库，制造厂人员接到书面通知（包括电子邮件和传真）后于一周内必须到达现场。制造厂不派员工的须出具书面委托书、可由监理、安装、业主三方参加开箱验收工作

18、。按拆卸一览表及装箱单开箱清点组件和附件及合同规定的备品备件及专用的工具数量。3.2.1 Inform manufacturer when receiving accessories and spare parts, the technician from manufacturer should reach installation site within a week. The inspection work should be done by supervisor, Installation Company and user, if the manufacturer does not di

19、spatch special person. Count parts and accessories according to package list, and count spare parts according to contract.3.2.2对检查过程中发现损坏部件及其它不正常现象做出详细记录经供需双方签字确认，并进行现场拍照，将照片、损坏件清单及检查记录副本在15日内提供给制造厂和运输部门，以便及时查找原因，明确责任，研究处理。在货到清点入库双方签字确认后，非制造厂原因出现的零部件丢失，可以通过另行付费来补件。3.2.1 Record the abnormal and damag

20、ed parts, inform manufacturer and transportation department by photo and copy within fifteen days in order to solve them in time.3.3 绝缘油的验收3.3 Inspection and acceptance of insulation oil对于油罐运到现场的变压器油应进行验收检查，内容包括：The inspection items for insulation oil include:3.3.1检查发运前的试验记录；3.3.1 Check the test rec

21、ord before ex-factory3.3.2检查运油罐的密封状况和呼吸器的吸湿情况；3.3.2 Check sealing state of oilcan and moisture absorption.3.3.3按IEC60296进行油的击穿强度试验和简化分析；3.3.3 Breakdown voltage test of oil according to IEC60296.3.3.4应测量体积或称重的方法核实油的数量。3.3.4 Verify the quantities of oil by measuring volume or weight. 3.4 核实到货的变压器、附件和绝

22、缘油无误后，经供需双方签字确认。3.4 Sign after checking the transformer, accessories and oil.4.变压器的储存及保管4. Storage and custody of the transformer验收通过的产品，如不立即安装投运，可用适当方式存放。 If the transformer is not installed immediately, should choose the appropriate method for storing.4.1主体充氮存放 4.1 Storage main body with N24.1.1充氮

23、运输产品到现场后，除通过项3的检查验收外，还应测量铁心对地绝缘电阻并与出厂值比对，如无异常可继续充氮存放，但需补充氮气，压力达(0.02 -0.03)MPa。存放时间不得超过两个月（从充氮日起计），否则应注油存放。 4.1.1 After the transformer transported with N2 has reached installation site, core-to-ground insulation resistance should be measured and compared with the ex-factory value, if the insulation

24、 resistance value is not significantly reduced, the transformer can continue to store with N2, but supplement N2 is needed until the N2 pressure reached 2030kPa, storage time should not exceed two months (calculated from the complement N2), otherwise it should storage with oil. 4.1.2 充氮存放过程中，必须早晚巡查一

25、次，做好箱内压力记录，及时补充氮气，达到要求压力值，如箱内压力降低很快，则有漏气现象,要立即检查并及时处理。 4.1.2 Check the N2 pressure in the tank every day is necessary. If N2 pressure in the tank is less than 10kPa, supplement N2 in time. If the pressure in the tank reduces obviously, it shows that there is abnormal leakage. Find out the leakage po

26、int in time and repair it.4.2 主体注油存放 4.2 Storage main body with oil4.2.1注油产品，通过项3的检查验收后，可带油现场存放，但除备用因素外，应在6个月内进行安装。 4.2.1 The product can storage with oil after checking in accordance with item 3, the transformer must be re-installed within six mouths except spare transformer.4.2.2充氮存放产品达两个月时，必须改为注油

27、存放，不是备用品，也需在6个月内进行安装。充氮产品的注油的方法: 打开箱盖上的蝶阀放出氮气，要注意防止潮气进入和杂物进入，同时从油箱下部油门（或其它阀门）注入符合要求的变压器油。油耐压65kV(IEC60156)，含水量10mg/L。4.2.2 If products with N2 stored up to two months，the main body must be storage with oil，even if the transformer is not a spare transformer，it must be re-installed within six mouths.

28、Filling oil method with N2 products: open the butterfly valve to vent N2, at the same time filling oil from the lower valve. The oil quality should be : AC withstand voltage U65kV(IEC60156), moisture content 10mg/L. 4.2.3 注油存放产品，要临时装上储油柜，吸湿器等，继续注油将油面调整到储油柜的正常油面，并按储油柜安装使用说明书，排出储油柜中气体。 4.2.3 The conse

29、rvator, breather and other components should be assembled for storage products with oil, filling oil to the normal oil lever of conservator continuously and venting air in the conservator.4.2.4 注油存放过程中，每周要检查一次变压器外观，以便及时发现产品漏油，每半个月要从产品油箱内取油样，进行耐压试验及微水测量，性能指标：耐60kV(IEC60156) ，含水量 10mg/L，低于上述要求时，需过滤处理变

30、压器油。4.2.4 Check transformer appearance weekly in order to detect oil leakage during storage, take oil samples every two months, the oil quality should be: AC withstand voltage U60kV(IEC60156), moisture content10mg/L. If it is lower than the above requirements, filter the oil is needed.4.3 附件存放4.3 St

31、orage accessories4.3.1拆卸件如储油柜、风冷却器、升高座、导油管等凡是密封运输的组部件，都可以露天存放。但存放前应对密封状况进行检查，保证密封的可靠性。同时要有防雨、防尘、防污的措施，注意防止外表面锈蚀和污秽。4.3.1 Dismantle parts such as conservator, cooler, ascending base, oil pipes and other parts can be stored in the open air. Check the sealing status before storing，ensure sealing reliab

32、ility. At the same time take prevention measure for rain, dust, pollution. Pay attention to prevent the corrosion of the outer surface.4.3.2油纸电容式套管可以短期在原包装箱内存放，为防止电容芯子绝缘露出油面，套管的储油柜端应适当抬高。长期存放的套管可竖立放在支架上，支架要稳固，套管两端用塑料布包封，且必须放在干燥通风的室内存放。4.3.2 The oil impregnated paper bushing can be stored in original

33、 container in the short term. In order to prevent capacitor part exposed oil surface, bushing head shall be appropriate to rise. The bushing should be erected in the bracket with plastic packaging for long-term storage, and must be placed in a dry and ventilated room.4.3.3气体继电器、压力释放阀、测温装置、风扇电机、控制柜、端

53、th damp.1）氮气压力0.01Mpa。1）The N2 pressure in tank 0.01Mpa2）铁心对地绝缘电阻不低于出厂值的85%（与出厂值相同试验条件时）。2）The insulation resistance between core and ground not under 85% ex-factory value (the testing condition is same).不符合上述条件的，表明器身可能受潮，应进一步判断，并通知制造公司。If not, indicate that the active part is affected with damp, sh

54、ould be informing manufacturer.6.2现场不吊罩产品的内部检查6.2 Check the active part in normal condition (not take off the cover)在正常运输条件下（或油箱箱沿焊死结构），变压器一般不需要吊罩检查，但应从人孔进入油箱进行内部检查。It is not necessary to carry out inside inspection (take off the cover) for transformer transported in normal condition (or tank rim we

Completely clean all the accessories (include all bushings) and pipes.b. 检查变压器输油管路（如与风冷却器、储油柜联接的管路等）、各种升高座内表面是否清洁，用干净的白布擦至白布表面不出现明显油污及杂物为止。b. Check oil-filling pipes and ascending flanged, make assure they are clean, c. 经检查合格的管路及附件，用塑料布临时包封备用。
