1、今天对3个发酵罐以及发酵罐下的管道进行了检查,以下是检查情况。 Today we inspect tank CIP pipe and process pipe, below is the result.,发酵罐主要问题原因及处理建议。 Tank CIP pipe issue cause and repair advice 问题1、个别焊的部分缝氧化(原因:充气时间不足、变径与管径不一样大,焊接时间短、电流小),建议对这样的焊缝进行切割修补。 Issue 1, few of the seam part oxidation (probably causes, purge gas time not

2、enough, size difference of reducer and pipe, short welding time and small welding current ),氧化 oxide,未熔合,咬边深 Rough fitting,Not merged,问题2:个别焊缝收尾有气孔(原因:电流大、缝隙大、收弧时间短),建议:不用切开,向管内充氩气、找到气孔再熔透焊接。 Issue 2: few of the welding seam has welding gas(probably cause: high welding current, big gap, and short ti

3、me of arc-receiving ). Suggestion: neednt to cut off, just purge gas inside and reweld the air hole point.,气孔(这种焊接 叫缩孔) Air hole, also called shrinkage cavity,问题3:大多数焊缝存在余高过高、以及焊缝很难看。(原因:组对时有缝隙、焊缝位置难操作) Issue 3: excess weld metal are too high for many welding seams, and some welding seams look ugly

4、(Reason: there are big gaps when doing assembly, or difficulty to weld for the limited space). 建议:这种焊缝确实难看但不影响焊缝强度、焊缝没有氧化等缺陷,可以勉强通过。今后尽可以把位置不好的焊缝在地面先焊接完。 Suggestion: this kind of welding seams look not good indeed, but not effect the weld strength, and the same time, there is no oxidation defect, wh

5、ich should be qualified. In the future, due to limited space, this kind of welding seams should be pre-welded on the ground,问题3照片 (Issue 3: pictures),问题4:对于焊缝内部有裂缝的(原因:在外部焊接时有大风或氩弧焊枪漏气、或当时外部氩气有问题),建议:切除重新焊接。 Issue 4: Welding seam has crack. (Reason: welding in the wind or torch problem, or argon gas

Suggestion: cut out and re-weld.,裂开Crack,我同大家对大罐CIP有设计 I agree with the design for tank CIP line,问题4:CIP 管道内部有黄色锈点; Issue 4: There are some yellowish rust spots in some of CIP supply line; 原因分析 :需要查找是否不锈钢管和碳钢管有连接处,有可能是管道在组对前被碳钢污染了(或碳钢阀门)。下面照片为大家怀疑的设计原因。 Reason Analysis: Need to check

7、whether theres joint point between stainless steel pipe and carbon steel pipe, or maybe its caused by carbon material(or carbon valves) in the pipe line. 8、doubtful design reason:,设计为两头细,中间粗; Pipes Designed with small size in both ends, but big size in the middle part. 是否考虑:下面粗、上面细 Possible design: bigger size in the bottom part but smaller size in the above.,问题4: 照片 Issue 4: Pictures,大罐下管道检查-厚壁管 Inspection for thick-walled pipes under tank,主要问题(厚壁管):厚

9、壁管检查的焊缝都没有熔合,原因是组对时没有留缝隙、更有可能没有留坡口、没有按焊接工艺焊接组对。建议处理:只要接触食品的就返工。其他的大家可考虑。 Main problem for thick-walled pipe: the welding seams are not completely merged. The reason is that theres no gaps when doing assembly, a more likely reason is there is no beveled edges and did not finish the assembly according

10、 to the welding procedure. Suggestion: if the poor quality welding seams will contact beer or wort, which should be repaired, if not important pipes, just keep it. 照片没有照下来,大罐下管道(薄壁管):基本焊接良好,个别焊缝接头、收尾有些宽窄不一、略高(原因是:焊工出于好心防止接头和熔合不好延长了焊接时间并加宽),但不影响质量。 Inspection for thin-walled pipes: Basically, all the welding seams look well and qualified, only few welding joints look bad and irregular, which caused by experience of welders, but the quality is good.,大罐下管道检查- -薄壁管 Inspection for thin-walled pipes under tank,结论:大罐下的不锈钢薄壁管道只要内部清洗干净后就可以投入生产。 Conclusion: thin-walled p
