1、消防调试方案Commissioning Plan for Fire System一、 工程概况 Brief Introduction本工程为北京宝洁技术有限公司研发中心及中试线厂房等5项机电安装工程。该工程的消防系统调试内容主要有:火灾自动报警及联动系统、水喷淋自动喷水灭火系统、消火栓灭火系统、气体灭火系统、消防防排烟系统及其他消防系统的综合调试。This project is mechanical and electrical installation one for R&D Center and PRL of P&G (Beijing). Fire system to be commiss
2、ioned with this project covers fire auto alarming and linkage system, water sprinkling system, hydrant fire system, gas fire system, smoke exhausting system and other fire systems. 消防水系统包括:1、研发楼消防喷淋及消火栓系统。2、中试厂房消火栓及消防喷淋系统。Fire water system includes: 1. fire sprinkling and hydrant system in R&D; 2. h
3、ydrant and fire sprinkling system in PRL.消防自动报警系统包括:1、感烟探测器、感温探测器。2、声光报警器、手动报警按钮。3、输出模块、输入模块。4、报警主机、CRT系统。5、联动控制盘。6、电话主机、消防广播。消防控制室位于中试厂房一层。Fire auto alarming system includes: 1. smoke detector, temperature detector; 2. audible and visual alarm, manual alarming button; 3. input/output module; 4. ala
4、rming main unit, CRT; 5. linkage control panel; 6. dispatching telephone control board, fire broadcasting system. Fire control room is located on the ground floor of PRL.气体灭火系统包括:1、烟洛尽气体灭火系统,主要由储气钢瓶、低压二氧化碳灭火控制器、气路控制器、主控阀、溢流安全阀、选择阀、压力开关、灭火喷放管道、喷头等组成。共计对地下室核磁共振、一层电讯室、二层数据中心3个防护区进行灭火控制。Gas fire system
5、includes inergen system made up of gas cylinder, low pressure CO2 fire controller, gas circuit controller, main control valve, overflow release valve, selecting valve, pressure switch, fire gas sprinkling pipe and sprinkling nozzles. A total of 3 areas will be fire controlled. They are NMR room in t
6、he basement, telecom room on the ground floor and data room on the second floor respectively. 二、工程调试准备 Preparation for Commissioning2.1技术准备:项目负责人熟悉、审核图纸,确定图纸的编码表和联动逻辑关系的正确性。Technical Preparation: Those in charge of the project shall get familiar with and review drawings to verify the logical relatio
7、ns between coding list and linkage.2.2材料准备:依据设计探测器的特点要求,准备加烟材料和备品备件。Material Preparation: According to design requirements for detector, prepare inergen and spare product and parts.2.3施工工具:电气调试工具应有加烟器、加温器、兆欧表、万用表和各种手头工具;水系统调试准备流量计和压力计。Tools: Inergen feeder, heater, megger, multimeter and various han
8、d tools shall be available for commissioning of electrical system. Flowmeter and pressure gauge shall be available for commissioning of water system.2.4系统准备:System Preparation1.电系统:系统调试前,现场所有涉及到的联动设备动力、照明、应急照明电源供应正常,系统自调完毕,设备运行良好,无故障,具备联动条件。应急照明系统自动投入功能正常。Power System: Prior to commissioning, power
9、for the related linking equipment and power supply for lighting and emergency lighting shall function well. After commissioning, equipment runs well without failure. Automatic function of emergency lighting system runs well.2.水系统:首先消防水池要注满水,供水阀门打开,所有消火栓出水口关闭,室外管网保证畅通,室外消火栓使用正常。屋顶消防水箱具备稳压、补压功能,各种泄水口、
10、排水沟到位,具备放水、排水条件。Water System: Fill up the fire basin with water, open water inlet valve; close all water outlets of hydrants. Fire water tank on the roof deck shall be capable of stabilizing pressure. Various drain outlets, drain trenches are in place.3.风系统:各种消防风机调试完毕,设备运行正常,各种阀类机械开启灵活,各种信号反馈正常。Air
11、System: After commissioning, various fire fans function well. Various valves function well and feedback of signals goes well.4.其它:电梯自检自验迫降功能正常,卷帘门自检自验功能正常。Others: Functions of self-examination and emergency landing of lift are normal. Function of self-examination of rolling shutter is normal.三、系统调试步
12、骤:Commissioning Procedures1.自动报警系统 Automatic Alarming System(1)消防控制中心联动报警主机,主备电源自动切换正常,主机各项功能符合设计及消防施工验收规范要求。对于现场自动报警设备逐一进行通电试验,模拟报警试验;联动控制模块逐一模拟手动通电试验,模拟控制模块动作以后末端联动设备的启停信号的反馈情况是正常、及时。The main standby power supply for the main alarming unit of linkage in fire control center shifts automatically wel
13、l. Each function of the main unit meets design and acceptance requirements. Energizing and simulating tests are conducted with auto alarming equipment. Each linked module is energizing tested manually. Start/stop signal of the terminal linked equipment is fed back normally and timely once simulated
14、linkage module reacts.(2)所有联动控制模块功能实验合格后,进行终端设备的单点启动实验,即:有关消防联动设备的电源控制柜全部转换到自动状态(消防风机、消防泵、喷洒泵等),消防中心主机发出单点启动命令后,相应的联动设备应能启动,并且设备启动后消防中心主机应能接收到设备的启动状态信号。然后进行其他设备照明强切、各种风阀、预作用电磁阀、电梯迫降的启动试验。After the function test of all linked control modules is acceptable, single point startup test for the terminal e
15、quipment can be done. That is, power control cabinets for the fire linked equipment are shifted into automatic mode (fire fan, fire pump, sprinkling pump etc.). When the main unit at the fire center gives out command, the corresponding linked equipment should be started up and the main unit at the f
16、ire center should receive feedback signal. Then, the startup tests for other equipment such as air dampers, pre-active solenoid valves and lifts can be conducted.2.消防广播通讯系统 Fire Broadcasting and Communicating System 事故广播及消防专用通讯试验:由于本工程消防广播兼顾背景音乐,在模拟报警试验时,主机收到报警信号通过值班人员手动关闭背景音乐,开启消防广播,通知报警层及上下相邻层人员进行
17、疏散。自动时,自动切换至消防广播状态,音量要求达到洪亮、音质清晰,符合设计要求。Accident broadcasting and fire communication test: Since the broadcasting system for this project is accompanied with background music, in simulating alarm test, persons on duty turn off the background music and turn on fire broadcasting system manually when t
18、he main unit receives alarming signal, evacuating the nearby persons. When the system is in the automatic mode, the system is shifted into fire broadcasting mode automatically, sound volume shall be sonorous and clear. 消防电话分机调试:各配电室、泵房内的消防电话分机和控制室进行通话时,主机应显示通话的部位,音质清晰、洪亮,用电话手柄插入手报电话插孔进行通话时,插拨灵活、通话清晰
19、。Commissioning of fire phone extensions: When phone extensions in each power distribution room and pump room are communicating with control room, the main unit shall show the location of phone extension and sound shall be clear and sonorous. When inserting phone handle into receptacle of manual alar
20、ming phone, plugging/unplugging shall be smooth and sound shall be clear.3.消防联动系统:Fire Linkage System(1)各项设备功能试验合格后,再进行与之有关的联动调试试验。首先模拟探测器或手动按钮报警器报警。当某个防火分区或防火层内任意一个报警点报警后,相关联动设备动作,即:消防阀类打开,消防中控室收到反馈信号;非消防电源按防火分区(防火层)及相邻区域强行切断(包括空调风机停止运转);普通照明、电源插座断电;相应区域内的电梯强行迫降至首层;上述设备动作后,消防中控室均应收到反馈信号。Only when t
21、he function test for each of equipment is acceptable can the linked test be conducted. First of all, simulate detector or manual pushbutton alarming. When any alarm sounds, the relevant linked equipment responds. That is, fire valves turn on, fire control room receives feedback signals; non-fire pow
22、er as well as adjacent area is cut off forcibly (including air fan stops) in terms of fire zone (fire layer), the normal lighting and power receptacles are de-energized; the lift in the corresponding area lands to the ground floor forcibly. Fire control room should receive feedback signals for the r
23、esponses of the above-mentioned equipment.(2)启动相关消防联动设备,即应急照明自动投入事故照明,本防火分区(防火层)及相邻区(层)的消防广播联动;消防电梯主动投入消防运行状态等,有关区域的消防排烟风机、正压风机等启动,消防中心主机显示启动信号。根据设计要求,本工程的防火卷帘门均为防火分区隔离卷帘门,因此,当防火卷帘门附件的感烟探测器报警后,全部一步降至地面,消防中心接到信号反馈。To start up the relevant linked fire equipment: Emergency lighting system shifts into a
24、ccident lighting mode automatically, fire broadcasting systems in the zone (layer) and adjacent zone (layer) are linked together; fire lift goes into fire mode; smoke exhausting fan and positive pressure fan in the related area start up; the main unit in fire center indicates startup signals. Accord
25、ing to the design requirements, all of the fire rolling shutters with this project are fire-zone isolating ones. Thus, all of the shutters will fall down to the ground floor and the fire center will receive feedback signals when smoke detector near the shutter alarms.(3)消防中控室可以远程直接手动启停各消防风机及消防水泵。Fir
26、e control room can remote start/stop each fan and water pump manually.4.自动喷洒系统 Automatic Sprinkling System 本工程消防自动喷洒系统为湿式报警和预作用报警系统,因此,本系统调试分两步:Automatic sprinkling system consists of wet alarming system and pre-action alarming system. Thus, commissioning of the system is divided into 2 steps accord
27、ingly:(1)当湿式报警系统末端放水后有水流通过,水流指示器动作,消防中控室接收反馈信号,同时启动压力开关,联动喷洒泵。When water is discharged and flows through the end of the wet alarming system, water flow indicator responds, fire control room receives the feedback signals while pressure switch is turned on to start the sprinkling pump.(2)当相应防火分区内任意探测器
28、或手动报警按钮报警后,联动预作用系统末端快速排气阀进行系统管网排气,同时联动预作用报警阀上的DC24V电磁阀,进行报警阀卸水口放水卸压,阀门打开。当压力降到一定程度后,压力开关动作,联动喷洒泵。When any detector or manual pushbutton alarms in the corresponding fire zone, quick vent valves at the end of pre-action system will be started for exhaustion from inside the pipe network while starting
29、the solenoid valve DC24V on the pre-action alarming valve to discharge water and release pressure. When pressure drops to a certain level, the pressure switch will act and sprinkling pumps will get started. 上述设备动作后,中控室均应收到反馈信号。After the above-mentioned equipment acts, the control room should receive
30、 the feedback signals.5.消火栓系统:Fire Hydrant System 当按下任意一个消火栓按钮,经过消防中控室联动控制主机自动启动消防泵。水泵启动后,消火栓按钮接收启泵信号,点亮水泵运行指示灯,消防中控室同时收到反馈信号。消防中控室可以远程直接手动启停消防泵和喷洒泵。When pushing down any hydrant button, the main unit for linkage control in the fire control room will start fire pump. When water pump is started, hydr
31、ant button receives pump-starting signal and turns the indicating lamp on while fire control room receives feedback signals at the same time. Fire control room can remote start/stop fire pump and sprinkling pump manually.5.1消火栓系统的调试 Commissioning of Hydrant System5.1.2检查消火栓系统的各种接口、栓口、阀门、水泵结合器、泵类的安装已
32、经全部完毕,并且已经形成封闭系统;Check various connections, hydrant inlets/outlets, valves and water pump couplers of the fire hydrant system. Installation of pumps has been finished and a closed system has been formed.5.1.3利用高位水箱在管网内充满水,检查有无泄露的地方;Use the high-level water tank to fill the pipeline and check for the
33、 possible leaks.5.1.4检查最不利点的静水压;Check the static water pressure at the most adverse point5.1.5检查水泵结合器的试水阀门,如有楼高等同的压力表明水泵结合器管路畅通,打开水泵结合器闸阀,检查单向阀的严密性;Check the water-testing valve of water pump coupler. The coupler is not blocked when the pressure shown is the same as that of the height of the buildin

Dismantle the gate valve of the water pump coupler to check the tightness of the check valve.5.1.6将稳压泵调到自动状态下,打开试验消火栓测试静水压,检查环状管网的流动。Shift the jockey pump into the auto mode; turn on the hydrant to test the static water pressure and the liquidity of circular pipeline.5.1.7检查消火栓按钮的报警信号,消火栓系统单体调试完毕
35、。Check the alarming signals of the hydrant and finish the commissioning of the hydrant unit.5.1.8具体调试组织内容如下 Specific Contents of Commissioning 5.1.8.1高区消火栓喷射试验 Ejecting Test for High Level Fire Hydrant静态调试:取设备层试验消火栓处为试验点,系统静态压力及消防泵启动后的动态压力均应满足设计及规范要求。Static commissioning: With the fire hydrant at th
36、e equipment layer as the testing point, static pressure and dynamic pressure after the fire pump starts shall both meet design and specification requirements.动态调试:击碎高区任意区域的消火栓报警按钮,信号传至消防控制中心,联动启动高区消火栓泵,并点亮消火栓报警按钮的回灯确认。Dynamic commissioning: When break up any alarming button of hydrant in high level
37、area, signal will be transferred to the fire control center to get hydrant pump in the high level area started and the return light will be turned on for confirmation.5.1.8.2低区消火栓喷射试验 Ejecting Test for Low Level Fire Hydrant静态调试:取一层任意消火栓处为试验点,系统静态压力及消防泵启动后的动态压力均应满足设计及规范要求。Static commissioning: With

39、n low level area, signal will be transferred to the fire control center to get hydrant pump in the low level area started and the return light will be turned on for confirmation.5.1.8.3雨淋报警阀调试:Commissioning of Rain Alarming Valve手动控制调试,由消防中控室发出电磁阀动作信号,电磁阀动作,手动控制调试完成。Manual control commissioning: When solenoid valve responds to the signal from the fire control center, manual control commissioning is finished.自动控制调试,由探测器监测到火警,发信号回消防中控室,由联动机构发出电磁阀动作信号,电磁阀动作,启动水喷雾泵则调试完成。Automatic control commissioning: When detector spots fire alarm and sends
