Works 每个Project 必然要按照工作性质划分为若干专业工程(或称工序

Section 分部工程系指某一项目的一部分、建筑物的一部分或是某一项专业的设备。,译采翻译孵化中心培训教程,七、“施工”术语与条款,履行施工合同，就是施工。在施工过程中，可能发生或涉及如下情况：施工准备、放线 、开工 、工程实施 、现场作业、暂时停工、拖长的暂停 、复工 、完工 、转让等。,译采翻译孵化中心培训教程,七、“施工”术语与条款,1. 施工准备/退场（ Mobilization/demobilization ） 承包商接到监理工程师的开工命令（Commencement order）后就要立即做施工准

8、备，在国际承包工程中，施工准备叫做Mobilization。这里的Mobilization不是中文里的“施工动员”的意思，更不是中国特色的“思想动员”，而是施工现场的清理（Site clearance），施工营地搭建（Camp construction），施工设备和部分施工材料的进场（Equipment mobilization and construction material delivered to site），以及临时设施的搭建（Construction of temporary works）（与临时设施相对应的是永久性工程Permanent works）。在工程完工时将场地清理干净，

9、并将施工设备撤离现场的过程叫Demobilization（退场）。,译采翻译孵化中心培训教程,七、“施工”术语与条款,2. 放线（ Setting out ） 是指建设单位或者个人建设单位在建设工程场地平整完毕，规划要求应拆除原有建筑物（构筑物）全部拆除后，委托具有相应测绘资质的单位按城市测量规范，使用黄海平面坐标和高程系统，依据建设工程规划许可证及附件、附图，进行的施工图定位。 换言之，放线是限定建筑物，道路等的建设范围，将施工图反映到施工现场。,译采翻译孵化中心培训教程,七、“施工”术语与条款,条款解读： The Contractor shall set out the Works in

10、relation to original points, lines and levels of reference specified in the Contract or notified by the Engineer. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct positioning of all parts of the Works, and shall rectify any error in the positions, levels, dimensions or alignment of the Works. 承包商

Unless otherwise stated in the Particular Conditions, the C

15、y time instruct the Contractor to suspend progress of part or all of the Works. During such suspension, the Contractor shall protect, store and secure such part or the Works against any deterioration, loss or damage. 工程师可以随时指示承包商暂停工程某一部分或全部的施工。在暂停期间，承包商应保护、保管、并保证该部分或全部工程不致产生任何变质、损失或损害。,译采翻译孵化中心培训教程,

If the Engineer does not give permission within 28 days after bei

17、ng requested to do so, the Contractor may, by giving notice to the Engineer, treat the suspension as an omission under Clause 13 Variations and Adjustments of the affected part of the Works. If the suspension affects the whole of the Works, the Contractor may give notice of termination under Sub-Cla

21、ub-Clause 15.2 Termination by Employer prior to completion of the Works.
