Fork trucks are dangerous equipment if they are improperly operated.Especially, fork trucks work in a narrow workplace or co-workers work in the same place. So companies must have a series of strict standards in rela

4、ork trucks with different load capacities, but some basic operations must be complied. Drivers must abide by all safety regulation during working.,Keep safety regulation in mind! Safety Regulation of Fork Truck Driver,Keypoint: Drivers must be familiar with and master each fork trucks operation and safety regulation before operate any industrial fork trucks. Please refer to Fork Truck Manual. Drivers must che

6、ck fork trucks and report any troubles everyday before operating. Driver must report any troubles during operating. Must use the specified oil, grease and fuel which meet the manual recommendation.,Check Contents before operating,Check fuel, engine oil and coolant Check the oil level of fuel: observ

7、e the fuel indicator on monitr, or open the tank cover or use caliper for measuring. No using lighter to observe in case of fire. Check engine oil: too full engine oil will increase axles turn resistance so that leak oil.Little oil will result in engine working improperly. So drivers must use calipe

8、r to check oil level before operating. Check the coolant: the level must be between full and low marks.,B. Check engine and each indicators in different speeds,Check engine: firstly start engine, dont warm engine in the idle speed, but check engine in different speed and with some loads for abnormal

9、ity or not.,Turn off engine before add diesel. No smoking or using lighter when repair and add oil. Prevent oil from splashing on high-temperature parts.,Be care of scald when discharging engine oil !,Check Points,Only after water tank cools , open the cover (2), be care of scald. (There are some pr

10、essures in water tank),Check each meters: firstly start engine, run charging indicator, oil temperature alarm, engine oil pressure alarm, engine oil temperature alarm, air filter alarm, fuel oil level alarm. To electric fork truck: besides the above, check battery temperature alarm, carbon brush ala

11、rm, battery discharge indicator. Check cooling water of fuel and engine oil for leakage. Before start machine, check ground for fuel or cooling water. After start, check fuel filter and joints for oil leakage. Note: Your hands and loose clothing far away from moving and hot parts after start the for

Check steering wheel, brake, tyres,lights, horns and wipers,Steering Wheel: stop fork truck, turn steering wheel left/right, the turning clearance is less than 10, push steering wheel up/down for loosing or not. Brake: stamp on the pedal, brake can work at once, and oil circuit isnt leak

13、ing.,Tyres: observe the tyre surface for abnormality, if need, use barometer for checking pressure and add gas. Check tyre for foreign object and bolt every 100 hours. Lights: Check headlights, small lights, fog lights, turn signals, taillights, brake lights for abnormality. Horns: work properly, vo

14、ice is loud. Wipers: work properly.,D. Observe each meters, engine and chassis parts during traveling,Observe each meters: stop the fork truck at once and check if any one of charging indicator, oil temperature alarm, engine oil pressure alarm, engine oil temperature alarm, air filter alarm, fuel oi

15、l level alarm is trouble. Notice the smeel of bruning rubber: if smeel the bruning rubber, stop the fork truck at once and check the low pressure circuit for short circuit, the belt of fan and generator, tyre and other parts. Check hub temperature after stop the fork truck: use hands to touch hub, if hands are hard to bear, the temperature is too hot and make the further examinations.,Health Requirements of Drivers:,The fork truck drivers

During residency, students must be properly guided by teachers. Drivers must study carefully and stictly comply with traffic regulations. Carry the special j

The after-service people should obey the safety rules to maintain fork trucks like drivers. Fork trucks must be parked on flat land

Lower forks and lean mast forward slowly till forks touch the land, push the emergency isolating switch and remove the start key. The mast must be fixed in case of leaning backward, if need to repair. No m

45、odifying fork trucks or adding any equipments without manufacturers permission. In order to avoid these accidents, place the tanks in ventilation 24 hours, then clean them completely with detergent. Wash the tank 2-4 times by water. Weld only when
